Does OPPO offer free delivery?
Yes! OPPO has free delivery on orders over £200, which pretty much covers every smartphone. For orders under £200 delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
What is the OPPO return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it if you change your mind. The item(s) must be in new condition, undamaged and complete with the original packaging, accessories and manuals. You must also cover the return postage yourself using a signed for insured service.
Does OPPO have student discount?
Yes! OPPO offers students, graduates, apprentices and those aged 16-26 discounts on their orders through Youth Discounts. You must verify your status first; then you will get a single-use voucher code at checkout and unlock exclusive pricing with up to 10% off select items.
What is the OPPO Members Club?

As a thank you for their commitment and hard work, OPPO offers exclusive pricing for Keyworkers with savings up to 25% off phones and accessories after verifying your work status.
Refer a Friend
Each new customer you send to the OPPO store through your referral link gives you a one-time £15 discount at OPPO once they complete their order. Your friend will also get £15 off their order, so it's a win-win.
Gift Bundles
Oftentimes during big sales events like Black Friday, or during the launch of a new smartphone model, OPPO will give free gifts with them, this can be anything from phone cases to ear buds.
Trade-in
OPPO offers trade-ins for previous models of phones, with extra trade-in value being added with new launches, with flagship phones adding an extra £100-£200 on top of your appraised trade-in value. Most recently, trade-ins towards the Find X9 got an extra £200. Note that your phone must be in good condition and working to get the bonus value.

How to use an Oppo Promo code
- Browse this page for an eligible OPPO promo code, click the "get Code" button to open the pop-up, then copy the code to your clipboard.
- Next, navigate back to your previous tab to reach the OPPO Store and browse for eligible products.
- Once you've done your shopping, navigate to the checkout using the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page (or simply follow via the buy button).

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
The best place to start is by checking the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section and see any guidance on your chosen coupon. For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).

How we make money
When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
Using this model means we can offer our coupons to our customers free of charge. You won’t pay any fees to add your chosen coupon to your basket - you’ll simply pay the final order total once your discount has been applied.
