Does iScooter offer free shipping?
Yes, iScooter ships the vast majority of orders completely free, with standard UK shipping arriving in 1-3 working days for bikes, scooters and boards, or 3-10 working days for accessories. Orders are shipped with either DPD or DHL, and you will be provided with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I get an iScooter student discount?
Yes, if you're studying, you can get 8% off your iScooter orders by verifying your student status, which iScooter does with StudentDiscount.co.uk. Simply provide some details of your studies through the dedicated portal on the brand's website, and once your status is confirmed, you'll be sent a one-off code to add at the checkout.
Does iScooter offer warranties?
Products purchased direct from iScooter come with warranties for a minimum of 6 months, with the duration of your warranty differing depending on the product in question. For example, most products come with a 12-month warranty, but e-scooter parts are covered for 6 months, whilst with e-bikes, you're covered for 2 years. Note that warranties only protect against defects and manufacturer faults, not wear and tear.
What is the iScooter returns policy?
You can return items to iScooter in exchange for a refund, so long as you do so within 30 days of the date of your purchase. You'll need to contact the brand to start the process, and once your return is confirmed, you'll be sent a pre-paid returns label.
Note that your item will need to be unused and returned in its original condition and with all included accessories to be eligible for a refund. For scooters and bikes, you will also need to have clocked less than 10km with the vehicle.

iScooter offers deals throughout the year, with sales around key holidays like Christmas and Black Friday, and smaller, more product-specific deals year-round. These can lower the price of the brand's range by as much as 40% off, so keep an eye out for the latest ways to save.
Become a member
iScooter's member's program offers repeat customers rewards when they shop, including points on every order and freebies such as locks and phone mounts with selected purchases. Members will receive 100 points when they first join, then 10 points for every £1 they spend with the brand.
Additional points can be earned for joining the newsletter (100 points) and on your birthday (200 points), with your first coupon (for £15 off) available at 6,000 points. If you want extra savings, you can also wait until you reach 10,000 points to get a coupon for £25 off.
Refer a friend
iScooter members can also refer friends to the brand to earn additional points and net their friend a discount at the checkout. You'll need to create an account with the brand and sign in to receive your unique referral link, then send it to your friend before they make their purchase. If they add it at the checkout and complete their purchase, they'll get £15 off at the checkout, and you'll receive additional members points to put towards a coupon.
Buy a bundle
If you're in the market for multiple scooters, you can save on the price of your order by buying a bundle. These can offer up to £300 off pairs of selected scooter models, with new bundles added on a regular basis. Make sure to check for multibuy offers to get the best price on your bulk orders.
Join the mailing list
If you want to keep up to date with the latest iScooter news, you can sign up to the brand's mailing list for free through the website. Just provide your chosen email address to start receiving regular messages about productions and promotions. When you first sign up, you'll also be sent a one-time code for £10 off your next order.
