Does xTool offer free shipping?
Yes, all machines (new and refurbished) are sent with free US ground shipping as standard which should arrive in 1-3 working days. For accessories and materials orders, you can also get free shipping when you spend over $89. Orders that fall under this threshold will incur a $10 fee.
Does xTool run a trade-in program?
Yes, customers can send in old laser machines, 3D or garment printers, laser welders or vinyl cutters to earn up to $800. xTool accepts machines from any brand, and will send you a discount code for your reward amount once your device has been received. They'll even cover the cost of shipping.
Does xTool sell refurbished devices?
Absolutely! The brand's trade-in program means they receive a number of older machines which they test and verify to determine condition. You can filter the listings on the xTool website to show refurbished tech, which can be sold at a discount versus newer alternatives.
Does xTool price match?
xTool operates a price match promise, which lets customers who have purchased an item get refunded part of their order price if the brand lowers the price of the same item within 60 days of their purchase. However, this only applies to the xTool site, and you cannot price match with any third-party retailers.
If you notice that xTool has dropped the price within 60 days of making your purchase, contact the team to initiate the price match process. You can choose to receive the difference back as a refund or a gift card. If you choose gift card, you'll receive an extra $10 dollars for differences under $100, and an extra 10% of the price difference if it exceeds $100. There are no additional rewards if you choose a refund.
What is the xTool returns policy?
Customers have 30 days from the date of their purchase to return items to xTool if they're unhappy. All items must be shipped in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Note that orders must be returned within 15 days to avoid restocking fees. Any orders the brand receives more than 15 days after the purchase date will incur a restocking fee of 10 - 30%, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Look out for seasonal sales
Keep an eye out for xTool sales throughout the year, with the biggest usually reserved for major holidays such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Sales can discount the brand's range by as much as 50%, which can add up to $1000 off on some of the pricier products.
Get a student or teacher discount
If you're a student or teacher, you can get an additional 5% off your orders when you verify your status through the brand's dedicated discount page. Simply provide a few details to have your status verified and you'll be sent your exclusive code to add at the checkout.
Get a military or professional discount
It's not just students and teachers who can save: xTool also offers 5% off the active and retired members of the military, veterans, local and federal government workers, first responders such as police, fire and EMT staff, and healthcare workers. Once again, just provide some details to get verified and receive your code.
xTool Creator Club
Creator Club is xTool's loyalty rewards program, which you can join for free. Members will earn 1 point for every $1 they spend, with every 50 points worth $1 off at the checkout. Additional points are also on offer for other actions such as liking, sharing and following the brand and its posts on social media.
As a member, rewards don't stop there. You'll get sent coupons each month for up to 10% off at the checkout, and the Creator Club page also features a "Spin the Wheel" game, which members can play for a chance to earn $100 worth of points.
You should also keep an eye out for members days, during which you can earn extra points, get additional savings, and grab freebies with selected purchases. These days take place throughout the year. Keep an eye on your emails for news on the next date.
Refer a friend
Creator Club members can also refer friends and family to the xTool to earn extra rewards. Head to the dedicated referral page and sign in to your xTool account, then send your referral link to your friend. When they sign up, you'll earn 50 points, and they'll earn 900. They'll also earn double points on their first order, and you'll earn the same amount once their purchase has been completed.
Join the mailing list
If you want to keep up to date with the latest news from xTool as soon as it's available, you can join the brand's newsletter for free. Just provide your chosen email address to start receiving messages on products and promotions. You'll also get more than 400 free SVG files to help you create, plus you'll receive the occasional mailing list exclusive offer which can net you bonus reward points or up to $100 off at the checkout.
