Does iSinwheel offer free shipping?
Yes, almost all iSinwheel orders come with free shipping as standard (with exceptions only for particularly heavy orders or shipments to remote areas). Delivery times and the partner the brand uses to ship items will depend on the type of item, with accessories sent separately from bikes and scooters.
Where you can except bikes and scooters in 1 - 3 business days (shipped via DHL, FedEx, DPD or XLC), accessories will take 3 - 10 working days to arrive, and will be sent with Hermes, DPD, 4PX or YunExpress. You should be sent tracking info within the first 24 hours of placing your order.
Does iSinwheel offer a student discount?
Yes, students can get 15% off their iSinwheel orders by verifying their status through the brand's dedicated discounts portal before they head to the checkout. You'll also find a £20 discount available for young people aged 15 - 25 (the brand's youth discount) Whichever discount you'd like redeem, you'll need to provide the brand some details, and once the brand has confirmed your eligibility, you'll be sent your code.
How does iSinwheel Rewards work?
iSinwheel Rewards is the brand's free loyalty scheme and gives customers extra perks to help them save on repeat orders, including free standard delivery on all orders, 30-day returns, and the chance to participate in bonus events (such as 3x points events). Joining is free through the brand's site.
Once you've signed up, you'll earn 3 points for every £1 you spend, plus a bonus 200 points when you first sign up. As you earn more points, you'll also progress through different tiers of the scheme, with each tier conferring additional benefits. You'll start on the Rider tier. The next tier is Explorer - reaching this tier upgrades your free shipping to next-day delivery. You'll also get priority after-sales support.
Progress on to Pioneer, and the brand throws in an extra 5% off selected products, plus you'll start earning 1.5x points on your orders. You'll also finally be able to exchange points for discounts and products. The final tier of the brand's rewards scheme - Legend - boosts the bonus savings from 5% to 8%, helping you save even more on selected orders, plus you'll gain access to priority beta tests of new products, and all product warranties will be extended to 6 months as standard.
Once you've reached Explorer and can start redeeming your points, bear in mind that iSinwheel offers better points-per-discount rates the more you save. For example, you can use 500 points for £5 off, or you can keep saving until you reach 1000 points for £15 off (an extra 33%). You can get coupons for up to £50 off, and points can also be spent on free products (such as helmets or cable locks).
Looking for ways to progress faster? You can earn additional points by completing a number of additional actions, such as joining the newsletter (300 points), leaving a review (300 points), subscribing to the brand's YouTube channel (100 points) or sharing a Facebook post (100 points). If you add your date of birth to your profile, you'll also receive 500 points on your birthday.
What is the iSinwheel returns policy?
Customers can return any items they no longer want to the brand within 30 days from the date of their purchase, but you will need to notify the brand within 14 days of placing your order, and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee (unless your order is defective).
Items will need to be sent back unused, in their original packaging, and with all originally included accessories to qualify for a refund. To start a return, just contact the brand's team, and they arrange returns shipping.
If you want to return a non-defective item after 30 days, the brand may still accept your item, but the restocking fee will climb to between 30 - 70% depending on the particular item and its condition upon arriving with the brand.

iSinwheel runs a number of events throughout the year where it discounts its range by as much as 60%. We tend to see major sales around key holidays like Christmas and Black Friday, plus events for the change of the season (especially Spring or Summer), with a number of smaller events focused on selected products in between.

As with the student discount, you'll need to provide some details to verify your status before your code will be shared with you. This discount is available to teachers, members of the military, policer officers, fire service workers, government employees, charity or social workers, and anyone working in delivery and transport or healthcare.
Get social, strava or seniors discounts
Not eligible for the student or key worker discounts, but still want to save? You're in luck - iSinwheel also offers a number of additional discounts covering older customers, active individuals and social media fanatics. First, the brand offers as seniors discount, letting you net £20 off if you're 60 or older. You'll also find a Strava discount, which lets you link your account to the brand and earn a £20 coupon for completing a 5K run. Finally, you can also get a £20 discount code by following the brand on Instagram or TikTok.
Refer your friends
Once you're a member of iSinwheel Rewards, alongside the extra perks the scheme offers, you can also refer friends to the brand to earn both you and your friend discounts on your orders. Sign in to your account, then head to the rewards hub and choose to send someone £20 off at the checkout. Once they've completed their purchase, you'll be sent your own coupon for £20 off to add your next order as a thank you.
