How much does Clove Technology charge for shipping?
That depends on the items you're ordering and which delivery option you choose. Unfortunately, the brand doesn't tend to offer free shipping as standard, with fees calculated at the checkout per item depending on the method you choose. Although Clove Technology prides itself on "fast shipping", the delivery time will also vary per item. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm, although many products are available to ship the same day you order if you do so before 2pm on a weekday.
Does Clove Technology recycle old tech?
Yes, if you have old devices you no longer want, you can provide some details through the dedicated page on the brand's site to be provided a quote. The amount you're offered will depend on your model and its condition, with newer and better condition devices generally earning more. If you accept the quoted price, let the team know and they will arrange for a pre-paid pack to be sent to you to cover the cost of shipping.
What is the Clove Technology returns policy?
If you change your mind about any items you order from Clove Technology, you can do so within 14 days of placing your order. To do so, you will need to get in touch with their team, who will generate a returns request. Note that you will be charged if you ask the brand to arrange returns shipping for you, and the cost of this will be deducted from your return total. All items must be returned in like-new condition. Items are inspected upon arrival, and should the brand feel this is not the case, up to 30% of the order value can be deducted from your refund total.

Good news - Clove lets you sort its handsets by budget, with a choice of four categories to browse and choose from: budget, mid-range, high-end and flagship. This is a great way to find devices in line with your saving expectations - the budget tier starts from as little as £19, whilst flagship includes the frontrunners from big brands like Google and Samsung. We recommend looking through the mid-range options if you need a cheap smartphone - this category includes some older but still dependable models from brands like Nothing, Sony and Xiaomi.
