Does Bissell offer free shipping?
All orders to the UK mainland worth over £50 come with free next day shipping as standard, saving you on delivery fees. For orders under this total, a £4.99 fee will be applied. Orders are shipped with DPD and must be signed for. Tracking details are sent once DPD has dispatched your order. Note that ordering after 5pm will mean an extra day is added to your delivery time, and orders placed during busier periods (such as Christmas or Black Friday) may also be slightly delayed.
Can I get a Bissell student discount?
Yes, students can save 15% on their Bissell orders when they verify their status through Gocertify. Once your eligibility has been confirmed, you'll be sent a one-time code to add at the checkout. This code cannot be stacked with any other discounts.
It's not just students who can save - recent graduates, teachers, and young professionals (aged 18 - 25) can also provide details to prove their status to get 15% off their order. You can reapply for a code every time you place a new order, letting you rack up savings on future orders too.
Are Bissell products covered by a warranty?
As standard, all items sold by Bissell are covered by the standard one-year manufacturer's warranty, with some products covered for longer periods. Your warranty covers you against any defects or manufacturer faults. In the event of an issue, you can contact the team with details of your issue to arrange a free collection. The brand will then assess the issue and repair or replace your appliance (again, free of charge). Note that warranties do not cover wear and tear.
Does Bissell accept returns?
Customers can return items to Bissell for any reason within 30 days of the date of their purchase to get a refund on their order. To start the process, you will need to head to the brand's site and complete the returns form to generate your free returns label, covering return shipping costs. Bissell will even accept the return of damaged products (although these may not be eligible for a full refund depending on the extent of the damage and whether it was caused in transit or by the customer).

Key worker discount
If you're a key worker - that's anyone working in healthcare, the military, the government, as a social or charity worker, in a supermarket, or for any of the emergency services such as the police and fire department - you can get 15% off your Bissell orders with the brand's key worker discount. Bissell partners with Gocertify to check eligibility. Once you've proved your status, you'll be sent one-time code to add to your order. Note that this can't be combined with other discounts (e.g. sales prices).
Senior and disability discount
Anyone over 60 or with a registered disability can also save on their Bissell orders by verifying via Gocertify, with a 15% discount available once you sign in and confirm your eligibility. You'll be sent a code to add at the checkout once your status has been confirmed and you can repeat this process again for any future orders, but as with the student and keyworker discounts, these codes cannot be stacked with other promotions.
