Does The Big Phone Store offer free shipping?
All orders worth more than £30 come with free standard delivery, which should arrive in 2 - 3 working days, whilst orders over £150 include free express shipping, which takes 1 - 2 working days to arrive. Should your order fall under £30, you will be charged a flat fee of £4.99. Next Day and Next Day before 1pm options are also available for £9.99 and £14.99 respectively.
How much will The Big Phone Store pay for my device?
That depends on the device you're trading in and its condition. Older models tend to be worth less, better specs (e.g. more storage or better cameras) tend to increase your value, and the closer to new the condition, the more you should earn. You can also earn a little extra by opting to be paid in store credit instead of direct payment.
As an example, we took a look at how much you could earn for an iPhone 16 Pro Max with 1TB of storage and no cosmetic or functional flaws - which The Big Phone Store classes as flawless (or lists as "Pristine") - and the quoted price was £655 for a direct payment, or £720.50 (an extra 10%) in-store credit.
Does The Big Phone Store offer warranties?
Yes, as standard, all devices come with a 12-month warranty (except for "poor" condition devices, which are only covered for 3 months). This protects you against any faults or defects just in case an issue went undetected during the inspection phase. In some cases, you'll also have the option to extend your coverage to 24 months at the checkout for an additional fee.
What is The Big Phone Store's return policy?
Should you change your mind, you can decide to send your item back to The Big Phone Store so long as you start the process within 30 days of the date of your purchase. Once you've notified the brand of your intent to return your device, you'll have a further 15 days to send it back.
Note that, to be eligible for a refund, your device must be returned in the original condition it was received in, and you will be required to arrange and cover the cost of your own returns shipping - the brand recommends choosing a tracked option to reduce the risk of any issues during the process.

If you're trading in old tech and want to earn a little extra, you can opt to receive your payment in the form of Big Phone Store store credit instead of a direct payment to earn an extra 10% on your quoted price.
For example, trading in a "flawless" iPhone 16 Pro Max with 1TB of storage will net you £655 if you opt for a direct payment, or £720.50 if you choose in-store credit.
