FAQs
What type of plans does Onerep offer?
Generally, Onerep customers can choose between two types of plan: Individual and Family. Individual plans only support one user, whilst Family plans support up to six. Customers on both kinds of plan can expect monthly scans of 316 public data broker sites for each user.
If your personal information is found on any site, the service will perform a fully automated removal this data, and you'll gain access to new data brokers as they are added to Onerep's database. Onerep places no limit on the number of phone number, address and name variations you can provide to be searched for, letting you cover mobile number and address changes with ease. You'll also receive monthly reports, notifications of data breaches, and standard email support.
If you'd like to add a human touch and an extra set of data brokers to your plan, there are also Pro versions of both the Individual and Family plans. Going pro gives you opt outs for 559 non-public data brokers (alongside the 316 public ones), plus a dedicated privacy expert to tackle tricky cases and oversee the automated process, and unlimited custom removal requests. Pro versions tend to be around 45% more expensive than standard versions.
Is Onerep free?
If you're looking for a service to identify instances of your data being stored with data brokers and perform data removals where necessary, you will need to sign up for one of Onerep's paid plans. However, if you're willing to do the legwork yourself, Onerep offers a privacy tool - YourControl - completely free to download through its site.
YourControl is an open-source browser extension designed to help make opt-outs with non-public data brokers easier, and includes split-screen views that allow you to view expert instructions (compiled by the brand's team) as you navigate data broker forms, letting you be sure you're filling them out correctly.
How much does Onerep cost?
That depends on the kind of plan you choose and how long you sign up for. Generally, you'll pay more for more advanced plans, or plans that cover more users, but covering more users in one plan works out more cost effective even if it costs you more upfront.
For example, an individual plan costs $14.95 monthly, but drops to $8.33 per month if you sign up for a year, saving you 45% in the long run. Meanwhile, the Family plan covers six users, and comes in at $27.95 per month, or $15 per month if you sign up for a year.
There are also Pro versions of both of these plans, which offer over 500 additional, non-public data brokers to the list the service checks for your data, plus a human privacy expert to handle tricky cases and check automated results. For individuals, these cost $29.95 a month (or $15.95 a month on annual plans), whilst the Family Pro plan will cost $55.95 a month (or $29.95 if you sign up for a year).
Is there a Onerep free trial?
Yes, Onerep offers 5-day free trials on many of its plans, letting you test the service and all of its features for just under a week before you're charged and your chosen plan officially begins. If you aren't a fan of the service, you can just cancel before this period ends to avoid charges. If you are, you don't have to do anything - your plan will automatically begin once the trial period ends.
Does Onerep offer refunds?
Should you decide your Onerep plan is not for you, you can cancel your subscription, and depending on the type on plan you're on and when you're cancelling, you'll usually be entitled to at least a partial refund. For monthly plan, you can cancel and be refunded the cost of your current month. For annual plans, the total is calculated based on how many months you've already used and how many are left on your plan. Each month of an annual plan already used will mean $14.95 deducted from your total (even if you got your plan at a discount).
Onerep Saving tips
Choose an annual plan
Onerep offers up to 47% off plans when you choose to sign up annually instead of monthly. Although this will cost you more upfront, if you know you like the service, this is a great way to save in the long run. The savings are greater the more advanced plan you choose (i.e. you save 45% on Individual plans, but 47% on Family).
Consider a Family plan
Looking to take out plans to cover multiple users? A Family plan is far and away the more cost-effective choice to do this, letting you cover 6 users with one membership. If you choose to pay monthly, an individual plan (for one user) costs $14.95 per month, but a family plan is $27.95.
This works out slightly cheaper than two individual plans would be, meaning a discount for your second user, and every additional user practically free. The same is true of an annual plan ($8.33 per month for an individual plan, but just $15 for a family plan).
Join the affiliate program
If you like Onerep and want to earn a little extra for promoting the service to other users, you can join the affiliate program through the brand's site for free. When you sign up, you'll be given tracking links you can add to your website or social media channels. Whenever someone joins the service through your link, you can earn 40% commission, as well as 25% on plan renewals after they initially join), with commission rates rising the more people you refer.
Complete the survey
Occasionally whilst browsing the Onerep website, you'll be prompted to fill out a survey in exchange for a 50% discount on an annual Individual plan. If you're willing to answer a few questions about your cybersecurity preferences and opinions, this is an easy way to save when you first sign up.

How we source coupon codes
Whether it's through our affiliate networks, the depths of the world wide web, or our connections with big name brands, here at TechRadar we use every tool at our disposal to source the latest codes.
Our coupons team updates each of our pages multiple times a week with the most recent deals, including exclusive coupons negotiated by our Commercial team. We also include the latest sales info directly from retailers to offer the most up-to-date discounts around.
How we test coupon codes
Each coupon you find on TechRadar has been tested before being uploaded by our dedicated Deals & Offers teams. You’ll see a range of offers, from free shipping to student discounts, with savings available on all kinds of products & services. To make sure every coupon is ready to use, we don’t list any user-specific or one-time codes.
We also include all relevant information about coupons, such as expiry dates and any terms & conditions, near the ‘Get Code’ button. You can see the details for an individual offer by clicking on the ‘Terms & Conditions’ text below the code and expanding the code area.
What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
The best place to start is by checking the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section and see any guidance on your chosen coupon. For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).
If you’re still having issues using your code, you can email our customer service team on coupons.techradar@futurenet.com. Include as many details as possible - such as which code you used and which coupon page it’s listed on so our team can address your issue as fast as possible.
How we make money
When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
Using this model means we can offer our coupons to our customers free of charge. You won’t pay any fees to add your chosen coupon to your basket - you’ll simply pay the final order total once your discount has been applied.

About Onerep
Onerep is a data privacy service first launched in 2015, and has since served more than 450,000 users, helping them find instances of their personal data being stored with data brokers and filing deletion requests to have this info removed from the web.
On average, the service calculates it finds 155 data profiles on 66 different sites per user, which the brand says means it saves an average user 800 hours of filing requests. It also estimates its prices can be between 25 - 500% cheaper than some private consultancies or reputation management agencies, which they state can mean savings of up to $15,000 a year versus these pricier services.
Here at TechRadar, we're no stranger to the host of data privacy brands offering such a service, and have even compared Onerep with Incogni, one of its leading competitors. We found both sites comparable in afforability, effectiveness and ease of use.
If you're considering signing up for one of the brand's plans, make sure to check the list of the latest Onerep promo codes at the top of this page, as well as our in-depth saving tips and breakdowns of the different plans on offer below, to make sure you get the best value for money when you join.
