Does Joybuy offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders over £29 come with free shipping as standard. Depending on the shipping method chosen, orders should arrive in 2 - 5 business days, and will be shipped via DPD, XLC, Royal Mail, or the brand's own service, JoyExpress. For orders under £29, you will be charged a £3.99 shipping fee.
What is Joybuy Plus?
Joybuy Plus is the brand's paid perks scheme, which lets users pay a membership fee to receive a load of additional bonuses to help them save on their orders. For £3.99 a month (or £19.99 a year), you'll get access to members-only savings, unlimited free delivery with no minimum spend, and you'll earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on orders. Every 100 points is worth £1 off at the checkout, letting you rack up discounts for repeat purchases. According to the brand, the average member saves £206 per year by joining, meaning you'll more than make back the membership fees.
Is there a Joybuy app?
Yes, Joybuy has an app that's available to download free for Android and iOS devices through the Apple App and Google Play stores. Shopping through the app makes ordering quicker, managing your orders simpler, lets you get notified of price drops, and allows you access to some app-exclusive savings for extra value for money.
Does Joybuy accept returns?
Should you decide you want to return a non-perishable item you've purchased from Joybuy, you can do so under the 30-day guarantee. Just contact the team to arrange a free returns (either collection or drop-off depending on your address) for full refund.
Note that deductions will be made if your item has been opened or used, if the original packaging is no longer intact, or if any accessories are missing. For perishable items (i.e. fresh or frozen food), you may be able to get your item refunded within 5 days of your purchase if there is an issue with quality upon receipt.
