Does Eufy offer free shipping?
Yes, Eufy offers free standard shipping on all orders, which should arrive in 3 - 7 working days. Registered members can also opt to pay £6.99 for express shipping (so long as their order is under 30KG), which should arrive in 1 - 3 business days. Eufy generally ships with Amazon and DPD, and tracking details are usually available through your order summary.
Does eufy offer a student discount?
If you're a student looking to save on your Eufy purchases, verify your status with a valid Student Beans ID to get 25% off your next order. This is offer is also available to graduates (through Grad Beans) and teachers (through Beans ID) - as with the student discount, just sign in to a valid account to confirm your eligiblity and receive your savings.
What are eufyCredits?
You can sign up for Eufy's rewards scheme, eufyCredits, for free through the brand's site when you create an account. Once a member, you'll earn 1 credit for every £1 you spend, plus you'll earn an additional 100 credits for every device you register.
Your credits can be redeemed on specific products and promotions to use as discounts, including a selection of members-only discounts. Members tend to get more chances to save on newer models, plus some items also offer double credits when you buy, giving you more chances to save on future orders.
What is Eufy's return policy?
Eufy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders, meaning you can send items back to the brand for any reason within this period to receive a full refund. To qualify, items must include all accessories and their original packaging. Note that unless your device is faulty, you will be expected to bear the cost of returns shipping.
