Does Technics offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders to addresses in the contiguous USA come with free ground shipping as standard. Orders should be dispatched in 2 working days and should arrive in 7-10. If you want to receive your order quicker, you can opt for expedited shipping (3-5 business days) or overnight shipping (1-2 business days) for additional cost at the checkout. Prices are worked out on a per-item basis.
What are the benefits of registering my Technics product?
Although you won't gain any discounts or special perks for doing so, registering your product does allow Technics to notify you of any alerts or updates specific to your item should they arise. You will also be able to log in to your account, see a list of products you own, and find all the relevant service & support info for each of those specific devices should you need it, making it simpler to get more out of your purchase.
What is the Technics return policy?
Customers can send items back to Technics within 30 days of placing their order if they change their mind for a full refund. However, you will need to cover the cost of your own returns shipping. Returns are still available between 30 - 60 days, but you will no longer be able to request a cash refund. You will instead have to choose between an exchange or store credit.
