Can I get Carphone Warehouse Black Friday deals?
Yes, the store is offering a range of deals across devices and plans this year, with some tech selling at its lowest ever price, certain plans coming with 5 times the usual data limit for the same price, and significant discounts on accessories, contracts and SIM only deals.

Is Carphone Warehouse part of currys?
Yes, Carphone Warehouse and Currys merged back in 2014, and both are now under the name Currys PLC. You can find Carphone Warehouse stores inside Currys stores across the country.
Does Carphone Warehouse offer free delivery?
Yes, Carphone Warehouse provides free next-day delivery on all orders placed before 8pm, no matter the day on which you place your order. You can also pick up your order for free via click and collect at your local Currys store.
What is the Carphone Warehouse returns policy?
Customers can send items back to Carphone Warehouse for free within 14 days, so long as they notify the team to get a return created. Once you've spoken with the team, you'll be emailed a label to print and attach to your package.
Once you've done so, you'll need to bring your order back to a DPD collection location, where it will be returned to Carphone Warehouse free of charge. Note that you may be charged for returning items to the brand without notifying them.

Trade-in deals can offer up to £150 off new handsets, with these most commonly appearing for Samsung phones.
Refer a Friend
Earn up to £50 when you refer a friend to Carphone Warehouse. Your reward will depend on what your friend orders, with bigger purchases netting you a greater reward as thanks. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer, but payments can take 12 weeks from the date on which your friend completes their order.
