Does Carphone Warehouse offer free delivery?
Yes, Carphone Warehouse provides free next-day delivery on all orders placed before 8pm, no matter the day on which you place your order. You can also pick up your order for free via click and collect at your local Currys store.
What kind of plans does Carphone Warehouse offer?
You'll find a range of contracts and SIM Only plans available from the Carphone Warehouse, making it easy to sort a plan and a brand new handset in one go, or simply pick a plan for a device you already own. You'll also see a range of talk, text and data allowances, with a whole host of plans including unlimited minutes and texts, and data packages starting from 1GB and climbing up to 250GB or even unlimited usage.
Does Carphone Warehouse offer upgrade deals?
Of course! If you're looking to swap in your phone for a later model, you can enter your phone number and network into the upgrade checker on the Carphone Warehouse website to see all the latest deals the network can offer you if you switch. Upgrades are available for anyone looking to switch from a number of other major networks, as well as current Carphone Warehouse customers.
For example, we've seen low per-month costs on some of the latest handsets paired with 100GB of data, such as £14.99 a month for the Google Pixel 10a when you pay £39 upfront. We've also seen deals on contracts for the latest Apple and Samsung handsets that can work out around 20% cheaper per month, and affordable SIM Only deals that include international roaming and data rollover.
Does Carphone Warehouse offer trade in?
Got old handsets you're not using? You can trade your phone in with Carphone Warehouse and be paid directly to your bank account. If you're trading a certain model the store is looking for, you can also opt for money off your next purchase, assuming you want to buy a selected model. We've seen trade-in deals offer up to £260 paid in cash, or up to £150 extra on top of that when you put your credit towards a phone upgrade, with these deals most commonly appearing for Samsung phones.
What is the Carphone Warehouse returns policy?
Customers can send items back to Carphone Warehouse for free within 14 days, so long as they notify the team to get a return created. Once you've spoken with the team, you'll be emailed a label to print and attach to your package.
Once you've done so, you'll need to bring your order back to a DPD collection location, where it will be returned to Carphone Warehouse free of charge. Note that you may be charged for returning items to the brand without notifying them.

Get a student discount
If you're studying and can verify your status, you can get a range of student deals from Carphone Warehouse. We've seen Currys gift cards worth up to £40 with selected plans (mainly contracts), including on iPhone 17s and SIM Only or paid monthly contracts. Get a keyworker discount
Carphone Warehouse also offers keyworker discounts to people working in selected industries. You'll also pay up to 50% less than you would buying new, making this an easy way to save if you don't need the latest handsets.
Refer a friend
Know someone who'd like the deals Carphone Warehouse has to offer? You can earn up to £60 when you refer a friend to the brand. Your reward will depend on what your friend orders, with bigger purchases netting you a greater reward as thanks.
For example, you can get £10 when a friend buys a SIM, but £60 if they buy a Samsung S26. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer, but payments can take 12 weeks from the date on which your friend completes their order.
Look for cashback offers
You'll also see the Carphone Warehouse occasional cashback offer on selected handsets, mainly Samsung models, to help you save on selected purchases. We've seen up to £300 back when you buy models like the Samsung Galaxy S26 or Z Fold7. To claim your cashback, you just need to fill out a form within 30 days of buying a device, and you'll have the choice of being sent a cheque, or assigned your cashback as store credit.
