Does Back Market offer free shipping?
That depends. Most products sold on Back Market do come with free shipping, but some sellers may choose to charge shipping fees. You can see whether shipping is free for item, or how much you'll be charged if not, on each individual product page. You'll also find an estimated delivery time, as well as the cost of expedited shipping options. Make sure to check these before placing your order.
Is there a Back Market app?
Customers can download the Back Market app for free for iOS and Android through the respective app stores. Using the app allows you to place and manage orders (including tracking), set alerts for price drops and save devices for later. You'll also receive notifications of any promotions, giving you advance notice of any chances to save.
Does Back Market provide a warranty?
Yes, every device bought through Back Market comes with a 1-year warranty as standard, giving you plenty of coverage should defects or faults be a little late to manifest. Note that warranties only apply for 12 months from your purchase date, and do not cover use or wear & tear.
What is the Back Market return policy?
Back Market gives its customers 30 days to change their minds, meaning you can send items back within a month of placing your order for any reason to get a full refund. The brand even provides free return shipping, letting you avoid any costs for your decision. Just make sure to send items back with all included accessories, and delete any and all data you added to the device before returning.

If you don't need your device to look perfect, this can be a great way to save if 'Excellent' options aren't as cheap as the alternatives.
Trade in old tech
This might sound like a no-brainer, but Back Market is always looking to buy old tech it can inspect, repair and resell, meaning you can make a little cash by handing over your old devices. You just need to tell them the device's model and condition to get a quote.
If you're happy with the quote, let the team know you accept, send it to them via free return shipping provided by the brand, and your money will be transferred directly to your bank within 5 working days. Back Market offers up to £800 for selected devices.
Save as a student
Students and educators can save £20 on their Back Market purchases by verifying their status through the brand's website. Just provide some details to confirm your status, and you'll be sent a code to apply at the checkout once your details have been verified. You'll just need to provide an official student or educator email address.
