An expanded field, the target on treble-winning Hull KR's back and the upcoming World Cup make this an exciting time to follow the Super League. After Salford's demise, relegation, liquidation and resurrection, RFL Championship winners Toulouse Olympique have earned a seat at the top table, along with League Leaders' Shield winners York Knights and Bradford Bulls.

The start of the campaign is fraught with danger for Hull KR, who have a World Club Challenge date with reigning NRL champions Brisbane Broncos early doors, quickly followed by Rugby League Las Vegas. And their talisman Mikey Lewis took a hammering during England's humiliating defeat in the Rugby Ashes at the back-end of 2025, a series that's left the national team with a vacancy where the head coach should be.

Leeds' Man of Steel Jake Connor, on the other hand, was unsullied by the whitewash, and comes into the new season with his reputation at an all-time high. Can he help the Rhinos end their eight-year wait for a championship?

Read on below for a complete guide to where to watch Super League 2026 live streams online, on TV and potentially for free.
