Does Nothing offer free shipping?
According to the Nothing website, your order should qualify for free shipping if it is worth £50 or more, with shipping fees applied to orders under this threshold (the total of which will be calculated and displayed at the checkout). Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 working days, but the brand mentions this can be extended to 2 - 4 weeks depending on the courier.
Is my Nothing device covered by a warranty?
As standard, Nothing provides all UK and EU customers with a 24-month warranty on phones, audio devices and wearables tech, with 12-month warranties on chargers and 6-month warranties on cables. Your warranty covers you against any faults or defects (not wear and tear). To make a claim, visit the brand's support portal and fill out the warranty claim request form.
What is the Nothing returns policy?
Should they change their mind, customers can send items back to Nothing in exchange for a refund, so long as they do so within 30 days of the date of their purchase. To start the process, get in touch with the brand through its support portal, and the team will provide a pre-paid returns label to cover shipping costs.

Bag a bundle
Nothing often offers discounts on accessories and earbuds when you buy a phone through the brand's official store. For example, at the time of writing, you can save 40% on accessories and 10% on earbuds and watches when you buy selected phone models.
