Does Marks Electrical offer free delivery?

All orders of small items over £300 come with free standard delivery. Orders over £400 also qualify for free next day or express delivery options. However, any orders under £300 will incur a £6 fee at the checkout. You can also pay a little extra for next day or weekend delivery.

For appliances, the free delivery threshold is £400 or more. Small appliances and TVs up to 40 inches brought into your home by the brand's delivery team as part of this service, but orders for medium or large appliances (e.g. cookers, ovens and TVs over 55 inches) may only be available for roadside drop-off.

Is there a Marks Electrical Black Friday sale?

Yes, the Marks Electrical Black Friday sale has already begun. We're already seeing up to 55% off selected appliances, and we expect deals to continue right through until Cyber Monday (and likely on into the Christmas sales period).

This year, Black Friday will fall on Friday 28th November, with Cyber Monday to follow on 1st December. We'll be keeping this page updated with the latest codes and ways to save with the brand, so check in as the event grows nearer for the best prices on your order.

Does Marks Electrical offer installation?

Yes, Marks can install your appliance as part of its delivery service, but you will need to pay an additional fee at the checkout depending on which appliance you've ordered. Prices range from £50 (for free-standing tumble dryers and wine coolers) to £240 (for most cookers). You can find a full breakdown of charges on the Marks Electrical Installation page.

Can Marks Electrical recycle old devices?

Yes, if you need your old device removed upon delivery of the new one, you can add this option to your order at the checkout for £20. You can also pay an additional £7 to have the packaging removed at the same time.

What is the Marks Electrical return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. However, you will be charged £100 per item for the collection of each item you wish to return (or £175 for large items such as large refrigerators and TVs over 55 inches). This falls to £50 if you opt for an exchange instead of a refund.
