Does Haier offer free shipping?
Yes, all Haier orders including appliances come with free shipping as standard. For orders that do not include appliances, fees will be displayed at the checkout before you place your order. Consider purchasing accessories with appliances to avoid fees.
Can Haier install or remove appliances?
Absolutely, installation for free-standing appliances is available completely free. You will need to select it at the checkout before you place your order. If you're replacing an appliance and want it removed (so long as its freestanding), you can also add this service to your order at the checkout, but you will need to pay £19.99. Note that Haier cannot install or remove any built-in or integrated appliances.
Does Haier sell spare parts?
Customers in need of spare parts can purchase them through the dedicated parts page on the Haier website. Provide details of your device model to find the correct part number, which you'll need to provide in order to purchase the part through the dedicated portal.
Do my Haier products come with a warranty?
As standard, all products Haier sells are covered by a 2-year warranty which protects against faults and covers you for parts, callouts and labour costs (as long as your device has been used & maintained in line with the brand's instructions). If you want to be covered for longer, you can also purchase extended warranties for 5 years, and some products are also offered with promotional 10-year warranties. You will need to provide proof of purchase to be able to claim on any warranty.
What is the Haier returns policy?
If you decide you no longer want your product after you've received it, you can get in touch with the Haier customer service team within 30 days of your purchase to arrange a return. The brand will arrange a collection free of charge, and your refund should be process within 5 days of your item being collected.
