Does Dell offer free shipping?
Dell offers free standard shipping for everything on Dell.com, with no minimum purchase required. You can also sign up for a Dell Rewards membership and receive free expedited delivery on eligible orders. Depending on your location, Dell also offers two-day delivery for certain products if you select expedited delivery at checkout and place your order before 2pm (CT) Monday through Friday.
How does the Dell Rewards program work?
Joining Dell's rewards program is easy and free. Sign up with your name and email, and you'll start receiving 3% of the value of your purchases back in rewards points, plus you'll get expedited shipping on eligible orders. 100 points is equal to $1, and points can be added at the checkout for discounts on orders.
Dell also runs limited-time promotions that offer additional rewards, such as 3x points (9%) on selected items during sales, or 2x points (6%) for students during the Back to School sale when they complete a back-to-school shopping list.
You should also watch out for additional ways to earn points, such as filling out your profile or watching Dell videos. Make sure to sign in to your account whenever you're thinking of buying some more tech to see any members-only discounts that are currently available.
Does Dell offer warranty on its products?
Yes, warranties last between 1-5 years, depending on the product. If you want to find out more about what warranty your product is covered by we recommend contacting Dell customer support. Additionally, you can choose to extend your warranty when purchasing your item at the checkout.
Does Dell accept returns?
As a Dell customer, you can return most items you've purchased in exchange for a refund or store credit, so long as you do so within 14 days. Simply get in touch with Dell customer service and let them know you intend to send your items back, and they will help you arrange this free of charge.

Look for clearance deals
If you don't need brand new devices, you can save on older models that Dell is looking to shift if you shop the clearance sales. Items sold here can be discounted by as much as 40%, with deals tied to the last of limited stock to help shift it. Make sure to take advantage of any deals sooner rather than later, as once they're gone, they're gone.
Get a student discount
Dell doesn't usually offer a year-round student discount, but the brand tends to run a back to school sale, letting customers who verify their status earn 2x reward points on their purchases. You'll also gain access to student-only deals once you're verified, letting you get up to 10% off specific Dell products. Keep an eye out around August and September for chances to save.
Get a professional discount
It's not just students who can save on their orders. Dell runs an employee discount program which lets you access exclusive deals if your company is registered. You'll need to sign up for the Dell Rewards program and verify your employment details to get started. Once your details have been confirmed, you will be able to see exclusive deals offering up to 5% off selected tech.
