It's World Backup Day! While you might be considering the best deals on cloud storage, one VPN is offering a capable solution with the addition of great tools to secure yourself online. The VPN in question is IPVanish.
An IPVanish Advanced plan comes with 1TB of cloud storage courtesy of Livedrive. What's more, it also includes IPVanish's new Threat Protection Pro, a secure browser, encrypted file sharing, and 5GB of AloSIM eSIM data. All this for $3.29 per month — that's less than you'd pay for just VPN access from NordVPN or ExpressVPN.
IPVanish is one of only three VPNs to ever top our best VPNs list. While we don't rate it quite as highly now, we've still seen it prove a reliable streaming VPN and impressively quick throughout our testing. Plus, unlike other top VPNs, the renewal price isn't a huge jump higher than what you pay at sign up.
IPVanish: now Only $3.29 per month with a 5GB eSIM and 1TB encrypted storage
IPVanish is one of only a few VPNs ever to top our best VPNs list. Now, it's looking to provide a full suite of security. With an Advanced plan, some of the key inclusions are:
🎴5GB eSIM data usable in 200+ countries
💾 1TB encrypted storage and secure browsing*
🌍 Ad, tracker, and malware protection
You also get access to servers in 150+ locations, unlimited simultaneous connections, and a bunch of advanced security features. All of which are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, so if you're unhappy, you get your money back
If there's one downside to this deal, it's that Livedrive's storage isn't end-to-end encrypted. Depending on what you're using it for, this might not seem like a big issue. However, if you're keen to keep prying eyes off your files, a NordVPN Complete plan (US) or Ultimate plan (UK) is a worthy replacement.
It's much more expensive, starting from $5.39 per month, and has inflated renewal costs, but there's much more to benefit from than just the improved encryption. NordVPN is the best VPN we've tested this year, and the premium plans pack other top features such as NordPass, Threat Protection Pro, and personal detail monitoring.
If you're planning to use the VPN or the storage casually, IPVanish's deal is much better value. However, if you're only interested in getting a solid VPN, then it's worth considering Surfshark. It starts from $1.99 per month and offers superior performance and security.
