Shot between November 2025 and January 2026, Love Island: Beyond the Villa is effectively a sequel filmed in something resembling the real world, that place in which series winners Amaya and Bryan's relationship continued for approximately two minutes before the latter allegedly took his love to town and split up with the former via text message – after she dropped the L-word.
Season 7 was for so many reasons a cursed run, which could pay off handsomely in Beyond the Villa. It wasn't just Amaya and Bryan that split up acrimoniously shortly after the cameras stopped rolling. Iris and Pepe couldn't get away from each other fast enough, and she's since got together with TJ. Pepe is far from pleased for them.
Taylor and Clarke are still going strong too, albeit on a long-distance basis, while Olandria and Nic have taken to the showbiz world about as quickly as they took to each other. Like Amaya and Bryan, they only got together right at the end of season 7, but to everybody's surprise they've seemingly gone from strength to strength.
