What does a DeleteMe plan include?
DeleteMe offers a range of plans to fully suit different needs, with each option including an average of 15 listings removed within the first few days, quarterly privacy reports, access to an expert from the brand's team, and an opt-out service to help you unsubscribe from any unwanted communications.
How much does DeleteMe cost?
DeleteMe offers four basic plans: 1 person, 2 person, Family (for 4 people) and Business. The first three of these plans are available on a 1-year or 2-year basis, with discounts available when you lock in for longer. Business plans are also available on 1 or 2-year plans, but prices are calculated on a per-business basis and can be scaled as you grow.
A 1 Person plan comes in at $10.75 per month yearly, or $8.71 a month for a 2-year plan (roughly 20% off), whilst the 2 Person plan costs $19.08 yearly or $14.54 for 2 years (around 25% off). Finally, the Family plan will cost you $27.42 a month on a 12-month plan, or $20.79 on the 24-month alternative (about 25% off).
Does DeleteMe offer a free trial?
No, you will need to purchase a plan to use DeleteMe. However, all customers are protected by a 7-day money-back guarantee, meaning you can sign up for and pay for a plan, but request a full refund within 7 days if you're not happy with the service. The brand also offers a free scan service before you sign up, letting you see how much of your personal data is currently on the web so you can decide if you really need to purchase a plan or not.
Is DeleteMe only available to US customers?

What is DeleteMe’s refund policy?
Should you decide the service is not for you, you can let the team know you'd like to cancel within the first 7 days (before the first privacy report is generated) to get a full refund. You can still request a refund once your first privacy report has been received, but the total will now be pro-rated in line with the remainder of your plan (meaning a deduction will be made based on how far through your plan you currently are).

When signing up for DeleteMe, you'll have the choice of signing up for 1-year or 2-year plans. Although the latter will cost you more upfront, it will mean savings of up to 25% in the long run, making it well worth your while if you can foot the bill. No matter the length of your plan, you're still covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee, giving you time to change your mind should you experience any buyer's remorse.
Choose multi-user plans
Obviously if you're just signing up for your own use, choosing a 2 Person or Family plan may be counter-intuitive, but should you decide to sign up with a friend, partner, your family or your household, choosing one plan to cover multiple users offers significant savings versus taking out several 1 Person plans.
Where a 1 Person plan comes in at $10.75 per month for a year, an annual 2 Person plan cuts that cost to $19.08 a month, meaning $2.42 less a month than two 1 Person plans would cost for a total of 22% off. Looking at 2-year plans, we see a similar difference - the 1 Person plan would set you back $8.71 a month, whilst the 2 Person plan costs $14.54. That's $2.88 less a month versus two individual plans, or 16% off.

If you're covering four people, the Family plan also works out more favourably than two separate 2 Person plans: on a 1-year basis, you'll pay $27.42 a month, which gives you $10.74 off versus two 2 Person plans (a 28% discount). Looking at the 2-year alternative, the Family plan costs $20.79 - this is $8.29 less than two separate 2 Person plans, which also works out as 28% off.
