Does AWD offer free delivery?
Yes, all orders to the mainland UK come with free shipping that should arrive in 4 - 5 working days. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday via DPD, who will provide tracking details upon confirmation of your order. If you want to get your goods faster, you can also opt for premium delivery options, which are costed at the checkout on a per order basis, and should mean your goods arrive in 1 - 3 working days (depending on which you pick).
Do AWD IT products come with warranties?
Yes, each gaming computer or laptop purchased from AWD-IT comes with a 3-year warranty as standard, which includes a 6-month period in which returning items to have them repaired is covered by free shipping. Customers also have the option to upgrade to a premium 5-year warranty for an additional fee, which includes 5 years of labour coverage, plus 3 years on parts, and free repair returns for 12 months.
What is the AWD IT returns policy?
If you decide you want to send your order back to AWD IT for any reason, you will have 14 days from the date of your purchase to do so. You will need to make sure items are sent back in good condition with the original packaging and accessories included in order to get a full refund - deductions will be made if returns do not meet these conditions. You will also be expected to arrange and cover the cost of your own returns shipping.
