Does MPB offer free shipping?
Yes, as standard, orders to all addresses within the contiguous US are sent with free FedEx Home Delivery. These orders can take up to 5 days to arrive. If you want to receive your order quicker, or you live outside of the contiguous USA, other options will incur shipping fees which are visible at the checkout screen before you confirm your order.
What is the returns policy at MPB?
MPB operates a 14-day return policy on all unused items, to start the returns process head to the MPB website and contact the customer service team. The 14-day grace period begins the day you receive your order. Additionally, all purchases come with a six-month warranty.
