Does B&H offer free shipping?
Yes, most products qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States, while most orders over $49 qualify for free expedited delivery. If you live near Manhattan, you can pick up your order with free click-and-collect from their brick-and-mortar store. Orders that don't come with free delivery under $49 qualify for low cost shipping and take 1-7 days.
What is B&H EDU Advantage?
The B&H EDU Advantage program, developed in partnership with UNiDAYS, provides students with free shipping on orders and special discounts ranging from 10 to 50% on selected items. Think of it like the B&H student discount portal.
Currently, B&H discounts more than 450k items as part of the program, including over 44k photography tools and more than 101k video products, as well as more than 90k TV and entertainment products and over 23k pieces of audio equipment.
To get started, simply register on the brand's website and verify your student status with your UNiDAYS account to gain access to the dedicated student discount portal and view all the latest deals.
What is the B&H returns policy?
Should you change your mind on your order, you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to send your item back to B&H in exchange for a full refund with no questions asked. Sign in to your account and select the order in question to initiate a return, then print the shipping label and affix it to your package.
Note that the cost of your return shipping will be deducted from your refund total, and you will need to ensure items are sent back with all originally included items and in like-new condition to be eligible for a full refund (unless you are returning a faulty product). Returns that do not meet these criteria may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Like many tech stores, B&H runs a number of sales year round, but the biggest and arguably best tend to pop up around key holidays including Labor Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas. These sales can discount selected bits of tech by as much as 70%. Choose refurbished
If you don't need completely brand new items, you'll find a wide range of used and refurbished tech available to buy from B&H, with the price of photo, audio, computing and TV equipment discounted by as much as 40%. All items are inspected before being listed to ensure like-new quality, plus you can get expert advice from the brand's team to help you make sure you're getting what you need before you head to the checkout.
Trade-In old tech
Likewise, if you have old tech hanging around you no longer use, why not trade it in to B&H to get a little money back and give your device a new life? Just head to the dedicated trade-in page on the brand's site and provide a few details on the model and its condition to get a quote.
If you're happy with what's on offer, just accept and the brand will cover the cost of shipping it to them. B&H generally offers 30 - 60% of the retail price of new devices for old tech depending on the condition, which can mean a significant sum on the likes of mirrorless cameras.
Try the Price match
Although it doesn't offer an official price match policy across its range, B&H has been known to price match individual items if you find an identical products that B&H is currently selling offered for less from a selected competitor. You'll need to contact the brand's customer service team with details of the listing to start the process, and although there's no guarantee of a saving, there's certainly no harm in requesting if you've got the info to back up your claim you can get a better deal elsewhere.

How to use B&H promo codes
