Does Insta360 offer free shipping?
As standard, customers will receive free shipping on all orders worth more than $129. Orders below this total will incur fees depending on what you're ordering, usually starting from $10. Your order will be shipped with a courier of the brand's choice - usually FedEx or DHL - and should arrive within 3 - 5 working days of placing your order
What is Insta360 Gold?
Insta360 offers customers the chance to earn Insta360 Gold for making purchases and participating in community activities. Insta360 Gold is a digital currency that can be spent through the dedicated Insta360 Gold store in exchange for discounts or freebies. You'll be signed up automatically when you create an account with the brand.
Once a member, you start earning 1 Gold point for every $1 you spend. You can also earn extra points when you post about the brand on social media, complete community challenges (where you'll use your devices to capture content that meets specific parameters), and log in to Insta360 support (with points available each day).
Although there is no set rate for what you can spend points on, as a general rule, every 1000 points is worth between $10 - $20 in discounts off selected devices, accessories and software. Discounts may be more generous on selected items, and its not uncommon to be able get smaller products (such as frames and selfie sticks) free.
What is Insta360+?
Insta360+ is the brand's cloud storage solution, which can be synced with your devices to ensure backup of your footage whenever you connect to WiFi (if you have a valid subscription). This is a paid service available in two tiers: Essentials and Premium. Each tier offers three different storage limits, plus the option to pay monthly or yearly.
With either tier of plan, you'll have the choice of 200GB, 1TB or 2TB of storage. If you've opted for Essentials, this comes in at $1.99, $5.99 or $8.99 a month respectively. For Premium, this rises to $2.99 (for 200GB), $8.99 (for 1TB), or $11.99 (for 2TB). Note that Essentials is available to users of the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 and Go Ultra, whereas users of the X5, X4 Air, X4, X3 and One X2 are limited to Premium tiers.
Whichever tier or storage limit you choose, paying annually will cost the same as paying monthly for 10 months, meaning you will effectively get 2 months free (and around 15% off the usual per monthly cost), making it well worth footing the higher upfront bill if you can afford it and know you want to stick with the service in the long run.
Does Insta360 accept returns?
Yes, but you will need to notify the brand within 15 days of your initial purchase should you decide you want to send your item back. Items will need to be sent back in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories and documentation, in order to qualify for a refund. You will also be expected to arrange and cover the cost of returns shipping.

Insta360 is no stranger to a sale and regularly runs promotions around key holidays and sales periods, helping you save as much as 30% on the usual price of selected devices and accessories.
As well as sales around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, the brand also tends to run events around the change of the season (especially Spring and Summer) and for Lunar New Year (in February). The brand also runs its own Super Discount Days in late June/early July, where you can expect to see savings on flagship models.

Although these won't be the latest editions, they're covered by the brand's 1-year warranty meaning you're protected in the event of any faults or defects, so you can be sure you aren't sacrificing quality for your savings.
