Does Wex Photo offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders worth £50 or more qualify for free standard delivery, which should arrive in 2-3 working days, whilst orders over £500 qualify for free next-day delivery. Should your order fall under these totals, standard delivery will cost you £3.99, whilst next day is available for £5.99.
Note that large items may incur a shipping fee of £7.95 to account for the added logistical difficulty, and orders to remote postcodes may be charged £14.99. You can find more useful info on Wex's shipping policies on the brand's website.
Is there a Wex Photo Black Friday sale?
Yes, Wex has launched its early Black Friday deals, which are set to run into the Christmas holidays and are already offering up to £1000 off selected products. We've already seen a mix of discounts and cashback offers, and we expect more to be added as Black Friday draws closer.
This year, Black Friday falls on November 28th, with Cyber Monday to follow on December 1st, and the Christmas sales likely to run until at least December 24th. We'll be keeping a close eye on the latest deals the store has to offer, so make sure to check this page regularly for all the best ways to save before you place your next order.
Does Wex Photo offer a student discount?
Yes, Wex Photo offers quite a discounts to students, with 10% off products from the likes of Calumet, GlareOne, Bowens, Sony and Mathorn. To get a discount, just to register with a valid university address through the portal on the Wex website.
The brand also offers students free studio space at selected stores, helping you save on studio fees whilst you're studying. You’ll need to book in advance through the brand's website to redeem this offer.
From time to time, Wex also offers additional ways to save for students, including extra cashback on selected products. We'll keep this page updated regularly as and when new deals are added, so check back whenever you're looking to place an order.
What is the Wex Photo return policy?
Should you decide you're not 100% happy with your purchase and want to send your item back to Wex, you can do so within 30 days of placing your order in exchange for a refund.
Note that you will need to arrange your own returns shipping or pay a £15 returns fee, and items must be received unused and undamaged to qualify for a return. To start a returns process, contact the Wex team through the web chat.

Keep an eye on sales
Wex Photo regular runs sales, with the best deals usually taking place around big holidays such as Christmas & Black Friday. We've previously seen discounts offer as much as 70% off, so keep an eye out around these times of year for the best chances to save.
Get trade-in credit
If you have old tech you no longer want, you can trade it in to Wex Photo for cash or store credit. How much you'll be paid depends on the model and its condition, and you can get discounts on selected new products when you hand over an old device.
To start a trade-in, enter some details about your device's model and condition through the form on the trade-in page, and if you're happy with your quote, you can get insured collection free from the brand.
Wex promises to price match like-for-like trade-in quotes, guaranteeing you the best price for your old devices, and they'll even upgrade their quote if they feel you've undersold your item (although this does work both ways). Not sure you made the right decision swapping out your old tech? You can also request a free return if you change your mind.
Consider used devices
This should come as no surprise given that Wex operates an extensive trade-in policy, but you can also buy a range of used products from the site. These items have been inspected by the brand's team to accurately determine their condition, and you'll find a summary of what you can expect on the product page before you buy. Usually, these will just be cosmetic in nature, and you'll find devices from leading brands sold at up to 25% less than you'd pay to buy them new.
Watch for cashback offers
Wex offers up to £500 cashback when you buy selected cameras and other products, giving you a financial incentive to upgrade your gear. Just purchase a product marked as cashback (you can find plenty on this page or under the dedicated cashback section of the brand's site), then once you've completed your order, you can apply to claim your cashback direct from the brand (i.e. Canon or Sony).

- Add the products you want and go to your basket when you're ready to order.
