Does Peter Tyson offer free shipping?
The majority of orders from Peter Tyson qualify for free shipping, with different policies depending on the size of your item. For example, "standard items" (such as bookshelf speakers) come with free next working day delivery, whilst medium-sized items (e.g. TVs under 60" or £1000 & most floor standing speakers) come with free 2-weekday shipping.
Large and heavy items also come with with free 2-weekday shipping, but are a 2-man delivery. However, the largest items that are shipped via pallet will incur a fee of £50 per item. Note that you also have express and weekend delivery options available from £15.
What is Peter Tyson VIP?
Peter Tyson VIP is the brand's loyalty scheme, which allows customers to sign up for free to earn additional perks. These include VIP-only deals, 10% off clearance stock, free cables, 6-year warranties, monthly prize draws, and monthly members emails. Members-only deals can lower prices by as much as 40%, making for significant savings on newer items. To sign up, just fill out the form on the dedicated page.
Does Peter Tyson operate a trade-in program?
Yes, the brand accepts old technology in exchange for trade-in credit which can be used for discounts on your orders at the checkout. To start a claim, you'll need to head to Peter Tyson's dedicated trade-in page and fill out the form, providing some details about the device and its condition.
If you accept the valuation, the brand will arrange a courier to pick up your goods the next working day, then your credit will be added to your account once their team confirms your item's condition. Note that shipping fees will be deducted from your total if you no longer have the original packaging.
What is the Peter Tyson return policy?
Should they change their mind on their items, customers can send them back to Peter Tyson within 30 days of their purchase for a refund. However, the cost of your return shipping will be removed from your total. Note that items need to be sent back in like-new, resaleable condition to qualify for a refund, and the cost of any missing accessories will also be deducted from your refund total.
