Does Box offer free shipping?
All orders over £200 include free standard delivery, which should arrive in 3- 4 working days. For orders under this total, or for any orders including TVs and soundbars, you'll need to pay £4.95 to cover delivery costs. If you want to receive your goods faster, you can also pay £6.95 for express shipping, which should arrive in 1 - 2 working days, or you can choose a preferred day for delivery for the same price.
Does Box offer a warranty on its products?
Yes, as standard, all Box purchases include a 1-year warranty to protect you against manufacturer faults and defects, which may rise to 2 years for selected products such as gaming laptops. This also applies to its refurbished range, covering you in the event that the item's quality has been misdiagnosed.
What is Box’s return policy?
Should you decide you want to send your items back to Box after receiving them, you can do so for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. However, you will need to notify the team, then arrange for items to be sent back via an insured, tracked courier at your own cost. Items should be sent back in their original condition with all originally included packaging, documentation and accessories to qualify for a full refund. You may be charged a restocking fee if this is not the case.

Buy refurbished
If you don't mind a little cosmetic wear-and-tear on your tech, one good way to save on your purchases is by picking refurbished rather than brand new devices. Box is an R2-certified refurbished seller and rigorously inspects and tests all devices it sells to determine their quality.
The retailer sells refurbished devices in every category it stocks, meaning you can find refurbed laptops and computers, gaming gear, components, monitors, phones, tablets, printers, networking gear and audio tech. Buying refurbished is usually at least 20% cheaper than buying new, although this can rise to 50% depending on condition and how old the device is.
You'll find a breakdown of the condition of each individual device on its product page, with products sorted into open-box (as new but slightly damaged packaging), excellent (minor cosmetic damage but like-new performance), very good (minor cosmetic damage and slightly below new performance) and good condition (good performance but notable cosmetic damage).
Regardless of which category they fall into, all items are professionally cleaned and covered by a 1-year warranty to protect against faults and defects, meaning you won't have to compromise on quality to get a discount.

How to use Box discount codes
- Choose one of Box discount codes you want to use from the top of the page.
- Click the “Get code” box and copy the code revealed once its revealed in the pop-up box.
- Go back to your previous tab to reach the Box.co.uk website and start shopping.
- Add the items you want to buy to your basket, then head to the checkout when you want to order.
