Does Adidas offer free shipping?
Yes, customers can get free shipping on orders over £40, with standard delivery costing £3.99 for any orders under this total. Alternatively, if you're a member of Adiclub - the brand's free loyalty scheme - you'll get free shipping with no minimum spend, so it can be well worth signing up before making any purchases.
Standard shipping should arrive in 1 - 3 working days depending on whether your order is shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or collected from a local drop-off point, but you can also £5.95 for express delivery if you want to receive your goods in 1 - 2 days (including weekends).
Is there an Adidas student discount?
If you're studying and looking to save on your Adidas gear, you're in luck - the brand offers 15% off when you verify your status before you head to the checkout. To confirm your eligibility, you'll just need to sign in to a UNiDAYS account. Once your status has been confirmed, you'll be sent a one-time code to add at the checkout. You can repeat this process whenever you place an order (although there's usually a day or two cooldown period).
What is the Adidas returns policy?
Adidas customers have 30 days to send back most items (14 days for hype or limited items) if they're unhappy. Items will need to be sent back in good condition and their original packaging, with the protective linings intact and all labels still attached, to qualify for a full refund.
To start a refund, just head to the dedicated returns portal on the Adidas website and they'll provide a pre-paid shipping label, as well as instructions if you're planning to head to the nearest drop-off point. Note that personalised items are not eligible for refunds.

Like many big name brands, Adidas offers significant discounts across its range during seasonal sales, with the biggest and best events usually taking place around key holidays like Christmas, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, as well as the start of summer and spring.

Browse the outlet
Don't need the latest releases? Another good way to save on Adidas products is by shopping the outlet. This is where the brand sells the last of old stock at a discount, with prices up to 50% lower to help them sell. Although these won't be recently launched products, they are still brand new, making this a great way to pick up trainers for less.
Join Adiclub
Adiclub is the brand's loyalty scheme and gives customers additional rewards, including savings, early access to sales and more. It's free to join through the brand's site, and once a member, you'll earn 10 points for every £1 you spend. How much your points are worth varies, as Adidas changes up its offering regularly, but you can expect coupons for up to 30% off (which we've previously seen available for 8,000 points).
As you earn more points, you'll move up through the different tiers of the scheme, with additional bonuses at each level. The first level (Challenger) brings all the benefits above plus access to members-only products, early sales, and priority access to limited-edition drops, then at 1,000 points, you'll reach Playmaker and gain access to birthday gifts, extra special offers, and partner subscriptions, such as Strava or Calm memberships.
Hit 3,000 points, and you'll progress to Gamechanger, earning free product personalisation and priority customer service. Finally, you'll achieve the final tier - Icon - when you've earned a total 9,000 points. This tier gives customers access to special events, which include release events for new trainers and sneakers, making it a must-have for die-hard fans of the brand
As well as earning points on purchases, you'll net a bonus by completing your profile, plus the brand also awards points for writing product reviews on its site. If you use the Adidas Running app, you can also connect this to your account and earn points for your tracked workouts. There is a maximum amount of 100,000 points you can earn, but spending points does not lower your reward tier, so it's worth making sure you redeem them for coupons before you hit the limit to maximise your savings.

The Adidas app is available to download for Android and iOS, and lets customers manage and place orders from their phone, plus access a whole host of other handy features that can help you save. As well as all the usual perks of Adiclub, the app also offers app-only products you can trade your points in for, plus you'll occasionally catch the odd app-only giveaway.
How to use an Adidas discount ode
- Choose one of the latest Adidas discount codes you want to use from this page and click "Get code".
