Cyber Monday Lego deals 2021: final Lego discounts arrive

Depending on where you live, the Cyber Monday Lego deals have already started, or they're about to, as the constant march of time means Black Friday is old news and Cyber Monday is here.

Lego deals are a pretty fluid thing though; most of the discounts live right now, which you can find below, are actually Black Friday ones - they're basically the same ones we'll see for Cyber Monday though, with perhaps a few differences here and there.

But will new discounts arrive? Well, we're hopeful - while sometimes Cyber Monday Lego deals are just whatever sets didn't sell out over Black Friday, this year retailers have been cycling their discounted sets more. This suggests we could see brand-new reductions... but it's too early to tell for sure just yet.

If you're on the market for some awesome Lego deals for Cyber Monday, it's worth acting fast, even though it's not technically Monday yet - the best reductions can sell out quick.

From introductory Lego Classic sets to licensed builds like Lego Star Wars, the company hase a build for everyone, whether that involves your favorite brand, or if you're purely in it for the love of Lego.

Last year, CNBC reported that in the US alone, Cyber Monday spending reached $10.8 billion, with Lego sets among the most popular purchases in the toy industry. Lego has of course always been extremely popular, but the meteoric rise in Cyber Monday spending should mean that the Danish toy maker will once again want to capitalize on the sales event's continued growth.

The free sets Lego is offering over Black Friday and Cyber Monday might also sway some buyers who aren't sure - find out more about them here.

Lego Technic Jeep Wrangler: $49.99 $39.99 at Target (save $10)

Lego City Family House: $59.99 $48.49 at Target (save $11.50)
This modernist house would be a good addition to any Lego city that you're building, as it comes with road plates to plug it to other kits. It also has four minifigures, a car and a doggo.

This cute little Lego set would be a great stocking filler, thanks to its deal price - it comes with a 200-piece ice cream truck as well as two mini figures and a little doggo.

This set rather pushes the bounds of what a Lego 'City' set is, but oh well: it has a truck and some lions stuck up on some cliffs, as well as several rescue workers. Oh, and bones.

US Architecture, Creator & Ideas

Lego Ideas Friends Central Perk: $60 $48 at Amazon (save $12)

Lego Architecture Statue of Liberty: $119.99 $95.99 at Amazon (save $24)
Lego Architecture sets are some of the coolest made by the brick company, as they depict real-life monuments or skylines. One of the priciest is the Statue of Liberty set, which stands a massive 14 inches tall. This is the lowest price we've seen the set for, though it could go slightly lower over Black Friday.

Lego Creator 3 in 1 Mighty Dinosaurs: $15 $12 at Amazon (save $3)
This lovely dinosaur-themed 3 in 1 set lets you build a Triceratops, a T Rex or a Pterodactyl with the same pieces - we have the set and made the T Rex.

Eiffel for this kit as soon as I saw it, and you can fall in Louvre with it too thanks to its 15% reduction. It'll be the Triomphe of your shelf or coffee table.

Lego Ideas 123 Sesame Street: $123 $120 at Target (save $3)
This price cut is almost too small to mention; the reason we're including it is because this set rarely sees discounts. If you like the show, then, maybe now is your chance to act - though Black Friday itself could bring better savings.

US Disney & Marvel

Lego Star Wars Imperial Probe Droid: £60 £48.85 at Amazon (save £11.15)

UK Harry Potter

Lego Harry Potter 4 Privet Drive: £65 £49 at John Lewis (save £16)
John Lewis isn't marking this as a deal, but it's actually the lowest price available right now for this popular Lego Harry Potter set based on the Dursleys' home.

Lego Harry Potter Knight Bus: £30 £24 at Argos (save £6)

Lego Technic Mclaren Senna: £45 £27 at Amazon (save £18)

Lego City Family House: £45 £36 at Smyths (save £9)
This modernist house would be a good addition to any Lego city that you're building, as it comes with road plates to plug it to other kits. It was discounted more at Amazon, but that deal is over now.

Lego Technic Land Rover Defender: £160 £100 at Zavvi (save £60)
This isn't the lowest price we've seen the Land Rover Defender at, as it's been £100 from some shops before, but it's still an impressive saving of a third of the asking price.

Lego Technic Ducati Panigale V4 R: £54.99 £44.95 at Amazon (save £10.05)

Lego Technic Liebherr Excavator: £400 £320 at Smyths (save £80)
This giant set often gets reduced during Black Friday, but because it's so pricey normally, that makes it a great buy when it does get discounted. £80 off is definitely nothing to turn your nose up at.

This set jumps up and down in price every time Black Friday is near - right now, it's £22 off, but it's also been £15 and £10 reduced at various points in the last few weeks. It could go even lower, but if you really want the set it's maybe not worth risking it.

Lego Architecture London: £45 £36 at Amazon (save £9)
This is a little skyline set based on London, United Kingdom, and it's great fun to make if you're fond of, or familiar with, the city. It includes monuments like the National Gallery, the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, but misses the TechRadar offices for some reason.

Lego Architecture Empire State Building: £89.99 £71.99 at Amazon (save £18)
This is a pretty giant Lego Architecture set, so only buy it if its 35cm height will fit onto your shelf. At £18 off it's 20% reduced, and while we've seen it a touch cheaper before, it also sometimes sells out at this time of year.

Lego Architecture New York: £45 £32 at Amazon (save £13)

Lego Ideas Grand Piano: £320 £265 at Amazon (save £55)
This is one of the priciest Lego kits around, so it's impressive to see a price cut on it - even if the £55 reduction only actually equals 17% of the cost. You can actually play this piano and it makes noises.

Lego Architecture Paris: £45 £40 at Amazon (save £5)
An okay discount, but not an incredible one. We've seen this set hit £30 before, so it might be worth waiting, though if you're worried it'll sell out you could buy it now.

Lego Creator Bird of Paradise: £144.99 £60.29 at John Lewis (save £84.70)

While we often see the Lego Super Mario Starter Course reduced - and have seen it down to £30 this year already - if for whatever reason you've been looking to buy it but just haven't, now's your chance. This set has been reduced several times in the Black Friday run-up already.

As was the case last year, we're expecting the best Lego deals to show up at Amazon, Walmart, Target and Lego's official website for US buyers. Similarly, the Lego store will also be a great place for UK buyers to check out for Lego deals, as well as Amazon, Smyths Toys and John Lewis.

Rest assured we'll be keeping an eye on Lego deals in both regions on the day, so you won't miss out the best deals if you keep track of our coverage.

What Cyber Monday Lego deals do we expect to see in 2021?

As was the case with previous years, Lego should have a wide range of sets on sale during this year's Cyber Monday. Everything from Lego's own brands like Technic, Friends, Ninjago and Classic to licensed builds including Star Wars, Minecraft and Super Mario among others.

Last year featured some genuinely great deals, too, with many highly rated sets reaching almost half price during Cyber Monday. We expect to see this trend continue this year, and hopefully we'll see some newer sets start to get discounted over the sales period.

How can I get the best Cyber Monday Lego deals on the day?

As mentioned, retailers like Amazon tend to host their sales earlier than what the official dates would suggest. So keeping an eye out from the weekend before Black Friday will be beneficial.

Lego sets can often veer on the expensive side, and discounts rarely bob upwards of 50% off. That said, you can be assured that a half price discount is an incredible deal for a Lego set, and even something in the realm of 25% off is still a great saving.
