Although you won't find free delivery with Appliances Direct, you will find thousands of items available for Next Day Delivery, with prices calculated on a per-order basis at the checkout depending on what you've ordered and where its shipping to. You will also be able to choose a delivery day to suit you, with orders shipped Monday through to Saturday, and a timeslot provided on the day so you know when to expect your order.
Does Appliances Direct sell refurbished appliances?
Yes, you'll find a range of refurbished appliances available to buy through the Appliances Direct outlet, with prices discounted by up to 60%. All refurbished items are inspected and tested by the brand's team before being sold to ensure they're good quality, plus they're covered by a warranty on parts and labour that lets you sort repairs and replacements should anything not be up to scratch. This is an easy way to save money if you don't need a brand new appliance, plus you'll be helping the brand recycle older models.
Can Appliances Direct install my appliance?
Yes, you'll find installation services available on a wide range of appliances the outlet sells, with prices starting from £19.99 and rising to £249 depending on the type of appliance, whether it is freestanding or not, and whether you just want installation or installation and recycling of your old appliance.
Options are displayed at the checkout before you order. Although how the brand confirms your services will vary, you'll always get a choice of the day on which you can expect their team to arrive, just like you do with delivery.
What is the Appliances Direct returns policy?
You can return items to Appliances Direct within 30 days of your purchase for a refund, but you will need to arrange and pay for your own returns shipping, and deductions will be made from your refund total if your item has been used or installed. To start a return, simply head to the dedicated returns portal and put in a request. The brand should respond within 48 hours. Note that digital downloads, CDs, DVDs or software where the seal is broken, tailor-made or personalised goods and headphones cannot be returned.

Get a student discount
If you’re a student, you can get discounts at Appliances Direct, such as 5% off small appliances and electriQ products, as well as 3% off everything else on the brand's site. The store also offers 5% off electriQ products and 3% off other purchases to graduates and teachers. To claim these deals, you'll need to verify your status with a valid Student Beans, Grad Beans or Beans ID account - just sign in to be sent a code to add at the checkout.
Get a keyworker discount
If you’re an NHS or healthcare worker, an emergency services or charity worker, or a member of the military, you can also get 5% off electriQ products and 3% off everything else Appliances Direct sells by verifying your employment status via a Beans ID account. As with the student discount, just sign in to your account and you'll be sent a code once your eligibility has been confirmed.
Get support discounts
Appliances Direct also offers the same savings they do to students and keyworkers (5% off electriQ products and 3% off other items) to parents, low-income households and anyone with a disability. Once again, you'll need to verify with Beans ID to receive your code, then add it at the checkout to lock in your savings.
