Does Shokz offer free delivery?
Yes, all orders to the UK come with free shipping as standard, which should arrive within 2 working days. Note that there may be some slight delays for orders placed after 2pm or on weekends. You can also pay for premium postage at the checkout if you want to receive your order more quickly.
Do Shokz products come with a warranty?
As standard, each new device comes with a 2-year warranty, and each refurbished device is covered for 1 year. This applies from the date of your purchase, and only covers faults and defects, not any damage as a result of normal use or wear & tear.
What is the Shokz returns policy?
All purchases from Shokz come with a 30-day trial period as standard, so if you decide your product is not for you, you can send it back to get a full refund. Once your item has arrived with the brand, your refund should be processed within 2 working days.
Note that unless a returns label is included in your order, you will need to pay for your own return shipping, and items will need to received be in a good, resaleable condition and in the original packaging with all accessories to qualify for a refund.

Shokz runs the occasional seasonal sale, usually linked to major holidays like Black Friday & Cyber Monday, which can offer as much as 30% off selected devices. Make sure to check back in to this page around these times of year, and sign up to the newsletter to receive the latest information as soon as its available.
Shop certified refurbished
Shokz sells a range of certified refurbished tech, which you can opt for instead of new devices to save as much as 25% on the prices. These are returned products that have been inspected, tested, cleaned and repackaged to ensure they are like-new, plus they come with a 1-year warranty covering you against any faults. As such, as long as you don't mind your tech not being completely brand-new it's a great way to save.
Get student discounts
Students can save 15-25% on selected products and orders by verifying their status with a valid Student Beans account. Just sign in to or create a Student Beans account through the portal on the brand's site, and once you have been verified, you'll be sent codes to apply at the checkout.
Register for email updates
Joining the Shokz email mailing list means you'll receive regular updates from the brand on products, promotions and other news. Not only is this an easy way to keep up with the latest deals, you'll also get the chance to enter the odd competition, with prize giveaways offering the likes of £20 Spotify or Shokz gift cards, or Strava Premium memberships.
