Does KRCS have free delivery?
Most KRCS orders include free delivery to UK addresses as standard, with any order placed on a weekday before 3pm shipped the next working day. Note that on occasion, larger or custom items may incur shipping fees, but these are calculated on a per order basis and displayed at the checkout before you order.
Does KRCS offer a warranty?
KRCS offer a 2-year warranty on all new Mac, iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch purchases. If your item develops a fault within this warranty period, then as long as the item use and warranty conditions have been adhered to then KRCS will repair the item free of charge or replace it with an item of the same specification.
Does KRCS accept returns?
Should you decide you want to send your item back to KRCS, you'll have 14 days to do so. However, you'll need to arrange and pay for your own tracked returns shipping. Items must be sent back in their original packaging, with all included accessories and in like-new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Note that custom orders and clearance items are usually exempt from returns.

Like many tech retailers, KRCS tends to run sales around key holidays such as Labor Day, Memorial Day and Christmas. Chief amongst these are its Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, which tend to offer the widest selection of discounts. You can expect up to 10% off selected Apple products during promotional periods. Look for clearance deals
If you don't need the latest models or brand new tech, you can check for KRCS clearance deals to find devices at up to 40% off. Here, the brand sells a selection of pre-owned, ex-demo, end-of-line and refurbished stock, with a full breakdown of the product, its specs and its conditions on the product page so you know what kind of quality to expect. Not confident your device will last? Don't worry - everything sold here is still covered by the brand's 2-year warranty, protecting against faults and defects.
Get a student discount
KRCS offer students 10% off their Mac purchases to get them ready for term time, as well as 6% off iPads. To enjoy this discount you’ll need to create a Student sign-in and provide a copy of your NUS card, equivalent ID card from your uni or college or your acceptance letter through the KRCS ready for uni page.
Get an NHS discount
You can also get an NHS discount when you verify your employment status through the website. Once verified, you'll be sent a code to use at the checkout for 10% off all Mac computers. You can also return each time you place an order to repeat the process (although you can only request a new code every 24 hours).
How to use KRCS discount codes
- Take a look at the KRCS discount codes on this page and choose one you want to add to your order.
- Click "Get Code" to reveal a new tab, then copy the code to your clipboard for later.
- Your old tab will now have loaded the KRCS website, where you can start shopping.
- When you’ve added all the products you need to your basket, head to the checkout.
- At the checkout screen, provide your details and look for the "Promo code" box.
- Paste your code into the box and click "Apply".
- Once your order total has changed to reflect your savings, you can proceed to place your order as normal.

What to do if a voucher code doesn’t work

However, sometimes codes expire or are amended before we’re able to refresh our pages, and codes may not work as intended.
Should you experience any issues, it’s always best to start by checking the terms & conditions on the page. Click “View terms and conditions” and the code area will expand. You’ll see all applicable criteria listed in this area. For example, you may not meet a required minimum spend (i.e. spend £20 or more); you may not have enough times in your basket (e.g. you have only selected 2 products when trying to redeem a 3 for 2 multibuy offer), or your chosen offer may only apply to a certain type of product (i.e. 10% off laptops).
