Just in time for Christmas, the Apple Watch 11 is up to AU$132 off – a new Aussie low that's better than Black Friday!
Available from multiple retailers, and one will deliver on time
Still looking for a thoughtful Christmas gift? Well, if you or the loved one you're shopping for is an Apple user already, and is an active person, consider the Apple Watch 11.
It's just dropped to it's lowest price yet in Australia, starting from just AU$547 for the 42mm chassis of the GPS-only model. That's a saving of AU$132, but some models are AU$130 off.
This offer is available from multiple retailers, including JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys and Amazon, but only the last one will deliver it in a day if you live in a metro area, which means you're sorted well in time for Christmas if it is a gift for someone special. Moreover, Amazon makes it easy to choose which model best suits you as all of them are available via the same listing.
This is a deal that's far better than what we saw during Black Friday when the best price was AU$627 – and Boxing Day 2025 sales in Australia haven't even officially started yet!
The Apple Watch Series 11 is a lot like having a personal trainer on your wrist. It provides advanced metrics for all your workouts including running, strength training, yoga, and much more. It also monitors your sleep, provides an ECG at all times, and also has safety features in case of a fall or car crash. It saves you looking at your phone so often too. Just keep in mind that the hypertension notifications are still not available in Australia – we're awaiting TGA approval.
I wear the Apple Watch Series 11 myself and I love it, even though I can't use the blood pressure monitoring feature just yet in Australia. It will come, though, because Apple has applied for approval – it's just a matter of time.
Until then, it offers all you could need to encourage you to walk more, work out regularly, and do all those good things in life that you sometimes need some motivation to achieve. It has a durable display, very good battery life, and it works well with an iPhone. And there's a new Sleep Score feature to take advantage of. Hand-free gesture control has also been passed down from the Apple Watch 10.
Our Apple Watch Series 11 review gave it a very respectable four stars out of five, calling it “a mainline Apple Watch that can go the distance.” While it offers “no major performance gains year over year,” it provides a “bigger battery” and a “more durable display that’s still vibrant and rich.” This bigger display now makes it a lot easier to use the Messages app on the Apple Watch.
The bigger battery is relative, though. It lasts a lot longer than any Apple Watch before it, but not as long as, say, the Garmin wearables. However, it's such a powerful tool with seamless compatibility to your iPhone that it really doesn't matter.
Moreover, watchOS 26 gives it a fresh feel that truly highlights its health features, especially the new Sleep Score functionality. All this makes it the best smartwatch for iPhone.
