The MacBook Air M4 is often on sale, so while this discount isn't unusual, it's about as good as it gets for an Apple product. Note that this is the M4 model, and the new M5 costs AU$1,797 from Amazon (though starts with a 512GB SSD) and AU$1,799 from Apple.

The Ryzen AI 5 340 is decently powerful for a mid-range system and the 1920 x 1200 resolution touchscreen being able to fold back through 360 degrees is super handy.
