Does Reliant offer free shipping?
Yes, as standard, all orders to the UK mainland come with free shipping which and should arrive within 1 - 4 working days. The customer service team will also get in touch before your order ships to arrange a delivery date, then again on the day of delivery to provide a 2-hour timeslot in which to expect your order.
If you want to receive your order sooner, you can pay £9.99 for Next Day Delivery and Nominated Day Delivery (although you'll need to make sure to place your order before 1pm if you want items to be shipped for the following day). Saturday Delivery is also available for £19.98.
Note that deliveries outside of the UK mainland will incur additional fees (£89.99 for UK islands and £49.99 for the Scottish highlands), orders including heavy items will incur a flat fee of £29.99, and if you miss your delivery and need to reschedule, you will be charged between £30 - £200 depending on your address and the size of your items.
Can Reliant install my appliances?
Yes, if you're purchasing a fridge, freezer, dishwasher or laundry appliance, you can opt to add installation to your order, but you'll need to select this service at the checkout. Reliant charges £30 for installation, and the service is subject to some eligibility requirements (details of which are presented alongside the add-on option). If one of the doors in your home will need removing in order to deliver your appliance, this service can also be purchased for an £80 fee.
Can Reliant remove my old appliance?
You can also opt to have your old appliance recycled upon delivery of your new one - this option can be found at the same stage as installation and will need to be selected before you head through the checkout. Appliance recycling costs £25.
You can also request items are unpacked and any packaging removed upon delivery for an additional £10 (although unpacking is only available for rooms on the ground floor). Note that old appliances will need to be unplugged, defrosted or disconnected from water supplies, and emptied before they can be removed.
What is the Reliant returns policy?
Should you decide you want to return your item to Reliant for whatever reason, you can do so within 14 days of placing your order, so long as your item is sent back undamaged and in its original packaging. However, you will need to arrange and cover the cost of your own returns shipping.
Items can still be returned to Reliant between 15 - 100 days on from the date of your purchase, but the brand will deduct a restocking fee of up to 50% from your final refund total, with the total depending on your item's condition upon receipt and how long it's been since you initially placed your order.

You'll find Reliant runs sales throughout the year, with the biggest and best around key holidays like Christmas, Easter and Black Friday, and a smaller selection of product-specific offers popping up all year round. These deals can discount items by as much as 40%. Shop the clearance
If you don't need the newest models, you can save a significant sum on TVs, audio equipment and home appliances by shopping the clearance section. Products sold here are usually a generation or two behind the latest releases, but prices can be discounted by up to 50% to help clear the last of the stock. That does mean that deals are only around whilst stock lasts, however, so make the most of these offers sooner rather than later.
Price match
If you find the item you're after selling at a lower price with a competing retailer, you may be able to let Reliant know and have them match the price. Although it doesn't apply to every item the retailer sells, selected products sold by major authorise resellers are eligible, so long as they're new, boxed, covered by a guarantee and currently in stock. Items will also need to be like-for-like in terms of condition, specs and colour. The price match does not include audio equipment such as speakers or soundbars.

For example, you may not meet a required minimum spend (i.e. spend £20 or more); you may not have enough times in your basket (e.g. you have only selected 2 products when trying to redeem a 3 for 2 multibuy offer), or your chosen offer may only apply to a certain type of product (i.e. 10% off laptops).
