How much does Max Spielmann charge for shipping?
On occasion, you will find a free shipping offer on selected orders or during selected sales periods, but as standard, delivery starts from £4.99. This is for standard delivery (which should arrive in 5 working days), but if you want to receive your goods sooner, you can also opt for Express delivery at the checkout, and your items will be delivered on the next working day (so long as you order before 12pm).
How do I personalise my Max Spielmann order?
Orders placed through the Max Spielmann site or app can be personalised easily through the brand's online builder tool, where you'll be able to upload your own photos, add messages and customise fonts and colours to make your card or gift your own. You'll see a preview before your order is confirmed, with some items including a 3D preview, and orders can even be saved to return to later if you aren't ready to order when you start designing.
Does Max Spielmann offer passport services?
If you need to sort photos for your passport or other official IDs, Max Spielmann can help. Standard UK passport and driving license photos start from £12.99, with this price lowered to £11.99 for other IDs (except visas, which will cost £14.99). You can order photos online, but the brand recommends heading in-store for the best service, including handy advice from its staff (and even an application form filling service if you're having trouble with your documents).
Can I get a Max Spielmann student discount?
Yes, students can get 15% off online orders (or 10% off in-store) when they verify their status with a valid Student Beans account. To redeem this offer, you'll need to create or sign in to a Student Beans account through the brand's dedicated portal. Once your status has been confirmed, you'll be sent a one-off code to use at the checkout for a saving.
Does Max Spielmann accept returns?
You can return non-personalised products to Max Spielmann within 14 days of placing your order, but any personalised items that are not faulty are unfortunately not eligible to be returned, so bear this in mind before placing your order. If you do change your mind after ordering, try and cancel your order before it is dispatched to be entitled to a refund.
