Does MPB offer free shipping?
Yes, standard delivery is free on orders worth £150 or more, or costs £5.95 below this threshold, and takes 2-3 working days. If you’d like to opt for priority delivery to receive your order even quicker you can do so during checkout. Priority delivery costs £8.95 and orders must be placed before 4pm to be eligible.
Can I track my MPB order?
Once you’ve placed your order with MPB you’ll receive an email with your with your tracking information, with a link to the courier service that is fulfilling your order, where you can enter your delivery information for further information. You can also view delivery information by creating an account with MPB and heading to the ‘Transactions’ page.
Is there an MPB student discount?
Yes, MPB currently offers 5% off purchases, plus 5% better prices on trade-ins, to any students and teachers. To access this deal, you'll need to verify your status with a valid university or higher education email address through Student Beans. Once your status has been confirmed, you'll be sent a unique code to use at the checkout.
Do MPB offer warranties?
Yes, all items MPB sells come with a 6-month warranty as standard, covering you against any faults or misdiagnosis of item condition. You'll also find a detailed breakdown of condition on the product page, along with MPB's seal of approval, so you know just what to expect.
What is the returns policy at MPB?
MPB operates a 14-day return policy on all unused items, meaning you have 2 weeks from the date of your purchase to change your mind if you no longer want your item. To start the returns process, head to the MPB website and contact the customer service team.
