I'm a floor-care expert and these are the best Prime Day vacuum cleaner deals I recommend for Aussie homes

You're running out of time to grab a great Prime Day vacuum cleaner deal if you haven't already. Prime Day 2026 ends tonight (Monday, July 13) at 11:59pm AEST, so you don't have much longer to ponder which machine to buy.

Follow our live coverage of Amazon Prime Day 2026 for more than 140 deals

Amazon stocks a wide variety of models from major brands, including Dyson and Shark, but let's not forget: there are always excellent robot vacuum cleaner deals too.

Then again, you might not want a stick vacuum or a robovac — perhaps you'd much prefer the traditional barrel kind. You'll find discounts on those too, especially if you're a Miele fan, which I sincerely hope you are as the German brand still makes excellent corded vacuums.

No matter what kind of household you are — pet-friendly, hard floor, mixed floor, full carpet — there's a vacuum that's right for you and I've been tested all kinds for nearly a decade. I've gone through all the Prime Day vacuum cleaner deals on Amazon AU right now and handpicked the best of the best from all the trusted brands, so you know you'll get excellent performance and value from the model you choose.

It would be good for you to be a Prime member as there are exclusive discounts on some models (I've labelled these), which will save you more. If you're a first-time customer, Amazon will give you a 30-day free trial and you can cancel any time.

Best Prime Day 2026 vacuum deals in Australia

Stick vacuum deals

Dreame R10 Pure
Save 69% (AU$275.52)
Dreame R10 Pure: was AU$399 now AU$123.48 at Amazon

Different to the Dreame listed below, this is a very basic, no-frills stick vac that can handle the regular everyday cleaning tasks you need it for. It may not be the most powerful tool in the shed, but it sure will keep it clean. Even the boat, the car or your home for not a lot of cash.

Dreame R10
Save 62% (AU$249.01)
Dreame R10: was AU$399 now AU$149.99 at Amazon

This is a very different Dreame R10 to the one we've previously reviewed on TechRadar, but if it performs anything like the light-coloured version that has since been discontinued, then I think this is excellent value. For not a lot of money, this appliance promises up to 45 minutes of runtime and a bendy wand to get under furniture. It even comes with a wall-mount attachment.

Shark Detect Pro with Auto-Empty System
Lowest price
Save 44% (AU$266)
Shark Detect Pro with Auto-Empty System: was AU$599 now AU$333 at Amazon

Scoring almost five stars in our Shark Detect Pro Cordless vacuum cleaner review, we called this vacuum "a wonder". Versatile, powerful, offering automatic power adjustment and equally good at cleaning hard floors as it is on carpet, this is one of the best vacuums on the market, at a stellar price.

Dyson V8
Save 50% (AU$400)
Dyson V8: was AU$799 now AU$399 at Amazon

If you don't need the latest and greatest machine from the British brand, this is not a bad vacuum cleaner to get. You'll get up to 40 minutes of fade-free power, enough for a small apartment, plus three other attachments besides the Digital Motorbar for versatile cleaning. We have seen it for under AU$340, but this deal isn't too bad at half price.

Dyson V8 Origin
Save 50% (AU$299.01)
Dyson V8 Origin: was AU$599 now AU$299.99 at Amazon

Arguably the cheapest Dyson available right now, the V8 Origin is pretty much the same machine as the standard V8 (listed above), just with a red wand and barely any additional accessories shipping in the box along with it — which explains the lower price. Honestly, I think the standard V8 is the better buy, but if cash is tight and you just need the digital motorbar for your floors, this will suit you fine.

Shark Stratos Cordless Pet Pro
Save 47% (AU$375)
Shark Stratos Cordless Pet Pro: was AU$799 now AU$424 at Amazon

It's now an older model from Shark but it's still one of the best stick vacs we've tested at TechRadar. It's a bit on the heavy side though, weighing about 4 kilos, but it's powerful enough to handle pet fur, plus it has a spot in the floorhead for an odour neutraliser puck (sold separately and usage is optional) as well.

Dyson V9 Submarine
Save 55% (AU$550)
Dyson V9 Submarine: was AU$999 now AU$449 at Amazon

Dyson quietly released this model last year, offering a cheaper way to get yourself a wet-and-dry vacuum. It has lesser suction power than the V15s Detect, but we haven't been able to try it for ourselves yet. It also lasts no more than 40 minutes on a single charge. I'd say this would be better suited to smaller homes with hard floors.

Dyson V10
Save 53% (AU$581)
Dyson V10: was AU$1,099 now AU$518 at Amazon

Arguably one of the best prices I've seen on this older Dyson, it offers fade-free power for up to 60 minutes, and this variant comes with a Fluffy cleaning head (not the one with the light as in the V15) and the Digital Motorbar to suit homes with mixed flooring. There are three additional attachments in the box, along with a wall dock.

Dyson V11 Advanced
Save 49% (AU$590)
Dyson V11 Advanced: was AU$1,199 now AU$609 at Amazon

Dyson’s V11 Advanced handstick vacuum offers up to 60 minutes of runtime and an LCD screen where you can monitor battery life and other functions. It also has a V11 motor, which adjusts the suction power based on the floor type so you get a more precise clean.

Dyson V15s Detect Submarine
Save 30% (AU$460.13)
Dyson V15s Detect Submarine: was AU$1,549 now AU$1,088.87 at Amazon

Dyson's original wet-dry cordless stick vacuum is pretty handy to have around the home. I still use it at home and, in my Dyson V15s Detect Submarine review, I found the mopping to be very good indeed, but a design flaw makes some of that dirty water slosh out when you want to clean out the Submarine attachment. If you can find a way around it, this is one could be well worth considering even though I've seen the price drop below the AU$800 mark.

Robot vacuum deals

Dreame L10 Ultra Gen 2
Save 76% (AU$1,289.01)
Dreame L10 Ultra Gen 2: was AU$1,699 now AU$409.99 at Amazon

It may not be the most powerful robovac in the Dreame arsenal but it sure offers excellent value, especially when discounted by a very generous 69%. Honestly, if you mostly have hard floors at home, I think this is all you'll need. We were impressed by the original (and now older) L10s Ultra model, and this is similar in some ways. For your money, you get 10,000Pa of suction and a dedicated pet-zone cleaning mode.

Ecovacs Deebot T30S Pro
Save 78% (AU$1,550)
Ecovacs Deebot T30S Pro: was AU$1,999 now AU$449 at Amazon

To get an all-in-one robot vacuum at this price is fantastic value for money. In fact, this is the lowest price I can remember seeing for this model and I review vacuums regularly, so usually keep tabs on such things. Admittedly it's a slightly older model in Ecovacs' range, but it's still an efficient cleaner of hard floors, with 11,000Pa of suction and a 180-minute run time.

Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 3
Save 68% (AU$1,359.01)
Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 3: was AU$1,999 now AU$639.99 at Amazon

We haven't tested this Gen 3 model, but it certainly improves on the original significantly, which we have reviewed. We gave the original a strong 4 out of 5 stars, and that was for just a 5,300Pa suction — this gives you a whopping 25,000Pa. So it's a much better vacuum. It's also a better mop, and the base station has also been improved to offer better washing and drying of the pads. I also like the Dreame app more than Ecovacs. In fact, this is plenty of robovac for this price.

Ecovacs Deebot X11 Pro Omni
Save 63% (AU$1,700)
Ecovacs Deebot X11 Pro Omni: was AU$2,699 now AU$999 at Amazon

A pretty good discount on what is a relatively new flagship model from Ecovacs. We haven't tested this version out yet, but if it works as well as the previous X8 Pro Omni did, then I think this is a good premium robovac to consider without the hefty price tag.

Dreame L50 Ultra CE
Save 41% (AU$899.01)
Dreame L50 Ultra CE: was AU$2,199 now AU$1,299.99 at Amazon

Want the latest Dreame tech? Released just last month, this robovac packs everything that Dreame models are good at — excellent suction, decent mopping, superb obstacle avoidance, pet-zone cleaning and so much more — into a sleek machine. OK, so it looks like all the others, but c'mon, you can't tell me the white with metallic accents don't fit into any home.

Dreame X50 Ultra
Save 51% (AU$1,520)
Dreame X50 Ultra: was AU$2,999 now AU$1,479 at Amazon

It might cost a heck of a lot more than the X40 listed above, but this is a newer model that we were very impressed by. In fact, the latest X60 doesn't necessarily improve on this one, so you know your money is being well spent here.Up to 20,000Pa of suction, excellent navigation and obstacle avoidance, as well as good threshold clearance makes this a top contender if you have the budget for it.

Roborock Saros 10R
Save 35% (AU$790)
Roborock Saros 10R: was AU$2,288 now AU$1,498 at Amazon

This is the robovac I would consider buying if I didn't already have a high-end Dreame machine that's been cleaning my home like... a dream. This Roborock is slimlined to crawl under furniture (no navigation puck here), and can raise not just its mop pads, but its side brush to avoid scattering and excessive tangling. Its headline act, however, has to be its cleaning prowess — our Roborock Saros 10R review didn't score 4.5 stars for nothing!

Wet-dry floor washer deals

Shark Hydrovac Pro XL
Save 40% (AU$181.99)
Shark Hydrovac Pro XL: was AU$449.99 now AU$268 at Amazon

This wet-dry vacuum mop is a little basic compared to other options listed below, but at its discounted price, that's hardly a complaint. In fact, it performed quite well in our Shark Hydrovac Cordless review, offering good performance without breaking the bank.

Tineco Floor One Stretch S6
Save 62% (AU$560)
Tineco Floor One Stretch S6: was AU$899 now AU$339 at Amazon

If you have only hard floors that need constant mopping, consider getting a wet-dry vacuum like this one instead of a regular cordless vac. This one will suck up any dirt or debris on your floor while it's mopping, so it's saving you time. It can also lie flat to get under low-lying furniture and clean itself with hot water and hot air.

Dreame H12 Pro FlexReach
Save 62% (AU$558.01)
Dreame H12 Pro FlexReach: was AU$898 now AU$339.99 at Amazon

For not too much money, the H12 Pro FlexReach will vacuum and mop at the same time, then clean its roller mop with hot water and hot air to prevent bacterial growth and odour build up. And, as the name suggests, it can lie completely flat to clean under low-lying furniture too.

Roborock F25 Ace
Save 60% (AU$600)
Roborock F25 Ace: was AU$999 now AU$399 at Amazon

This Roborock wet-dry vacuum will leave your hard floors sparkling clean thanks to powerful suction and effective cleaning. It can get up close to edges and the whole body can lay completely flat to help get underneath tricky to reach places. It's now at an all-time low price, but read our review to find out why it's still worth it.

Tineco Floor One S9 Artist
Save 45% (AU$540)
Tineco Floor One S9 Artist: was AU$1,199 now AU$659 at Amazon

It might cost more than any other wet-dry floor cleaner on this list, but it also offers more in terms of sheer performance. It has more suction to ensure it's able to pick up more dirt particles as it's mopping, and it's able to lie completely flat. It also uses hotter air than any model we've tested to try out the roller mop, practically disinfecting it in the process.

Upright vacuum deals

Bissell PowerForce Helix Turbo (2110F)
Save 38% (AU$84.10)
Bissell PowerForce Helix Turbo (2110F): was AU$219 now AU$134.90 at Amazon

This is a remarkably affordable upright vacuum that has scored well from users on Amazon. Shipping with a dusting brush and a crevice tool to make it versatile, it red trim makes it look rather dapper too in my opinion. It promises to pick up hair and fur well while not burning a massive hole in your budget.

Bissell PowerForce Helix Turbo Rewind (2261F)
Save 40% (AU$99.85)
Bissell PowerForce Helix Turbo Rewind (2261F): was AU$249 now AU$149.15 at Amazon

There's up to 1000W of power here, and the rather long 7.6m power cord can be retracted fully as the name of the machine indicates. Otherwise it's a similar machine to the standard Bissell PowerForce Helix Turbo listed above.

Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo
Save 33% (AU$130)
Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo: was AU$399 now AU$269 at Amazon

Designed specifically for pet households, this Bissell features not just a tangle-free floorhead, but also an LED-lit crevice tool to see the pet dander hiding away in corners or dark spots. It also ships with a couple of other pet tools that can be handy, especially if your furry friend is a pooch that sheds a lot.

Shark Corded Upright Vacuum with Self-Cleaning Brushroll (
Save 13% (AU$60.01)
Shark Corded Upright Vacuum with Self-Cleaning Brushroll (: was AU$448 now AU$387.99 at Amazon

It's not a huge discount but this one upright vacuum my colleagues in the UK vouch for. It absolutely sucks, in the best way possible, and any saving is good to have. The dust canister easily lifts away for this machine to become a handheld vacuum for cleaning steps or reaching to high places, which makes it a versatile upright vacuum. Be sure to apply the AU$60.01 coupon on the listing for the discount.

Corded vacuum deals

Bissell CleanView
Save 32% (AU$67.45)
Bissell CleanView: was AU$209 now AU$141.55 at Amazon

Even at full price, this canister vacuum cleaner isn't expensive, but when you can save some cash and grab it up for under AU$150, it's good value. There won't even be the ongoing spend on bags as this canister can be emptied and washed out before its next use manually. It has a telescopic wand, but everything else about it is minimal, with the basic accessories shipping with it.

Miele Boost CX1 Powerline
Save 36% (AU$180.75)
Miele Boost CX1 Powerline: was AU$499 now AU$318.25 at Amazon

It's the most powerful Miele barrel vacuum on the market, but it is one of the more affordable options even at full RRP. And with a decent discount, it becomes a compelling option. We weren't too impressed with its carpet-cleaning abilities in our Miele CX1 Boost Powerline review, but if your home is mostly hard floors, you shouldn't be unhappy with this machine.

Miele Guard L1 Cat & Dog
Save 39% (AU$344.01)
Miele Guard L1 Cat & Dog: was AU$879 now AU$534.99 at Amazon

A newer range from Miele, the Guard series uses active charcoal in its filter to not just eliminate dust and pet hair, but also tackle odours that can build up inside a home. This machine, however, uses a dust bag, so you will need to take into account that it will require emptying and replacing at some point. The current price is inclusive of an automatic extra AU$60.01 saving at checkout.

Miele Blizzard CX1 Cat & Dog
Save 24% (AU$201.01)
Miele Blizzard CX1 Cat & Dog: was AU$849 now AU$647.99 at Amazon

With no need for replacement bags, this Miele is both good-looking and powerful enough to ensure your floors are fur free. Unlike cordless vacuums, you'll get very limited accessories with this vacuum, but they all stow neatly into the body of the machine itself. The current price is inclusive of an automatic extra AU$60.01 saving at checkout.

Prime Day 2026 in Australia: sale information

When is Amazon Prime Day 2026 in Australia?

Taking place at the same time it did last year, Amazon's Australian Prime Day 2026 sale kicks off at midnight East Coast time on Tuesday, July 7 and will run for seven days. That means, Prime Day vacuum cleaner deals will end at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, July 13, 2026.

What kind of Prime Day vacuum cleaner deals can I expect?

If you've ever shopped on Amazon, you'll know there's always a plethora of vacuum cleaner deals to choose from. From no-brand cheap options to the big plays like Shark and Dyson, there's something for everyone, but the good news is I've seen upwards of 65% off on various vacuums. In fact, prices have often dropped as much as 71%, but those are rare.

To break this down a little more, I've seen Dyson stick vacuums going for about half price, while Shark offers may not hit that low, but given their already affordable prices, the value you get is exceptional.

You'll also see some excellent discounts on Ecovacs' Deebots and Dreame's top-rated robovacs, but keeps your eyes peeled for offers from Roborock. Admittedly corded barrel and upright vacuums aren't as popular, but some households are well served by them, and there'll be a fair few to choose from Miele and Shark.

Tineco wet-dry floor washers also get massive discounts during Prime Day, which bodes well for those of you who have hard floors all over your homes — these will vacuum and mop at the same time, saving you time, but they are heavy machines.

Dyson vs Shark: which should I buy during Prime Day?

The answer to the Dyson vs Shark debate depends on what exactly you're after. For example, if you want a corded machine, Dyson doesn't make uprights, so you have to opt for a Shark.

However, if you're eyeing a cordless stick vacuum, you can't go wrong with either, although some Dyson vacuums are more powerful than Shark, like the Gen5detect with its 280AW of suction that no Shark offers. The more expensive Dyson's also offer up to 70 minutes of runtime, while most Sharks top out at 60 minutes.

That said, Shark vacuums, even at full price, are cheaper and given their performance, they've consistently been some of the best vacuum cleaners in Australia. That means you get good value from a Shark.

So figure out what your budget is and if power is really important, then decide if you should go with a Shark or a Dyson.

Find out more in our in-depth look at Shark vs Dyson: which brand is better

Is a Prime Day robot vacuum deal worth it?

That's a resounding yes from me as Amazon typically has the best discounts on robot vacuums across any Aussie retailer. Others would typically try and match Amazon in this case.

Importantly, the variety of brands selling on Amazon is also quite high — Ecovacs to Roborock, Dreame to Eureka. So if you're keen on a new robovac, definitely check out the offers on Amazon during Prime Day as there are usually some record-low offers available.
