You can save up to 50% on Oura Rings for Cyber Monday, but you'll need to act fast
We love the Oura Ring 4 here on TechRadar; I even named it my health and fitness device of 2025. That love only grows stronger now that I've seen that the Oura Ring 4 in Titanium Gold is discounted from $499 to $349 at Amazon US. That's a 30% saving, or $150. The same 30% discount applies to its Titanium Rose Gold finish.

The UK gets its own deals to shout about; the Oura Ring 4 in Titanium Gold and Rold Gold has been reduced from £499 to just £349 at Amazon, while other colors like silver have been reduced from £349 to £249 at Amazon.
Older generation models are also on offer in the UK, which we've included in the list below. Unfortunately, there aren't any deals on the required membership, but at $5.99 / £4.99, taking $100 / £100 off the RRP basically pays for around 17 months of the subscription, which is a pretty great deal in our book. Check out all the deals in full below, or visit our Cyber Monday deals hub for loads more fitness tracker bargains.

Save 30% on the Oura Ring 4 in its Titanium Gold finish. It's a classic wedding band-style color for the ring, but there's nothing old-fashioned about the rest of the ring: inside, it's cutting-edge with redesigned heart rate, skin temperature, and motion detector sensors.

A similar 29% ($100) saving on the Oura Ring 4 in Black. It's the same basic ring inside as the Gold version (well, it's anything but basic, but you know), but the finish is different. The Ring also packs automatic workout detection, an AI-powered chatbot with access to all your health information, women's cycle tracking, and even a Symptom Radar feature that predicts when you're getting sick.

Again, even though the currencies are different, the discounts remain the same as in the US: a Black or Silver Oura Ring 4 costs £100 less for Cyber Monday.

If you're focused on the biggest savings, the last-generation Oura Ring is also on sale at Amazon, bringing it down to less than £100. With it, you can track your sleep, activity, stress, heart rate, and more.
These tiny fitness trackers are even more discreet than the best smartwatches while still allowing you to track your health metrics like heart rate, movement, and sleep. Despite using your finger rather than your wrist, they're impressively accurate, and have skyrocketed in popularity – and quality – in recent years. Still, we've also covered all the best smartwatch Cyber Monday deals if you don't believe me.
Not if you know your ring size, or the ring size of the person you're buying one for. However, if you're not sure, you're better off buying a sizing kit before the ring.
Buying a $10 / £10 sizing kit provides a $10 / £10 credit towards buying an Oura Ring 4, so you effectively reclaim your purchase. However, even though the sizing kit is full-price in the US, the UK deal has the sizing kit at 50% off, while retaining the full £10 credit towards an Oura Ring, saving you an additional £5. Clever!
The Samsung Galaxy Ring, Oura's main competitor, doesn't quite have as many features as the Oura Ring 4, but it is subscription-free, so it comes out on top of our best smart ring guide by a hair. Significant discounts on the Oura Ring 4 upset that value-for-money balance of power.
At these prices, I'd recommend the Oura over the Samsung, and I'm not the only one. The Oura Ring 4 is the must-have fitness gadget of the mid-2020s, and loads of celebrities have been spotted wearing one. That includes athletes like NBA All-Stars, to the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston.

US deal: When you buy this sizing kit, you'll be able to check the exact Oura Ring 4 size you or your gift recipient will need, and get $10 credit towards a new Oura Ring.

UK deal: Buying a sizing kit is actually better in the UK: although the sizing kit is 50% off, you still get the full £10 credit on an Oura Ring 4, saving you an extra £5. Note these sizing kits don't work with the Oura Ring Gen 3, as they're designed differently without the Gen 3's inward-protruding skin-contact nodes.
