These five-star Nothing Ear (a) earbuds are down to a record-low price at Amazon
Memorable looks and great features for less
As a regular walker and gym goer, sometimes I like hearing my surroundings. Other times, I like to block out the world, which is why I keep a keen eye on the latest headphone deals. One that's stood out to me today is the Nothing Ear (a) at Amazon for $59 (was $109).
That's an incredibly tempting price for the five-star earbuds that we rate highly as a budget-friendly option. Previously, they’ve been $78 at their lowest, so this is a great new record-low price.
I’ve used previous earbuds from Nothing, and I've always been impressed with the quality of its products. That’s the case here, too. The Nothing Ear (a) offer smart active noise cancellation, clear voice technology, and excellent sound quality – whatever you’re doing. They look pretty stylish, too, with an eye-catching design that you simply don’t get elsewhere. For the price, you get a lot of worthwhile features.
Today's best budget earbuds deal
With support for hi-res audio and 11mm drivers, the Nothing Ear (a) offer the essentials you need in budget earbuds. The smart ANC automatically checks for noise leakage between the earbud and your ear canal, while there’s reduced audio lag for gamers, and you can connect to two devices at once. Battery life is strong, too, with a 10-minute charge giving 10 hours of playback. Ideal for forgetful types (i.e. me).
In our five-star Nothing Ear (a) review, we described it as hitting a “resounding home run” with “fun, zealous, expansive sound," along with “vastly improved active noise cancellation” compared to previous models.
The lack of wireless charging support is a shame, but otherwise these are “spot on.” Even the case is now smaller and more pocketable. They’re also “as good-looking as any earbuds can be for this money.” Unsurprisingly, then, we immediately put the Nothing Ear (a) in our roundup of the best earbuds as the best budget option.
Some of the best wireless earbuds around, you’d have to spend considerably more to get better. These are fun earbuds with expansive audio and some great features.
If you’re in a position to spend more, there are also good AirPods Pro deals for Apple users. Alternatively, there are excellent Bose headphone deals for someone seeking an over-ear solution.
