If you haven't seen previews and clips from Welcome to Derry, you may have been living under a rock. It's the biggest horror series at the moment, with plenty of fans tuning in each week. With compelling characters and some seriously shocking moments, it's a complete must-watch.

Acting as a prequel to Stephen King's iconic novel, filmmakers Barbara and Andy Muschietti are back with more from Pennywise and those he torments. You can also stream IT: Chapter One and IT: Chapter Two on HBO Max, if you need a recap of the Muschietti's original IT movies.

Here, though, Welcome to Derry goes back to 1962, following a couple and their son who move to Derry, Maine, just as a young boy disappears. Amid their arrival, a lot of awful things happen, often graphically depicted. Trust me, there's some jaw-dropping horror going on here.

I am a huge fan of this series and recently had the chance to speak to the Muschiettis about it, where they told me "The book is full of enigmas and questions", inspiring them to try and answer or expand on some of them.

Right now, we're not sure about the future of the HBO horror series, but I do hope it gets renewed, as I'm very invested in it.
