The Bose SoundLink Flex is a light and capable speaker that can pump out surprisingly bold sound for its small build. It works well while out and about, and simply at home, while you’ve got all the advantages you’d expect from such a respectable brand as Bose.
The discount at Currys is also available on all colourways, so if you want a blue, gold, or yellow speaker, you can pay the same price as for a regular black one. It’s a reliable addition to your home, and you’ll be taking it everywhere you go.
Today’s best Bluetooth speaker deal
The Bose SoundLink Flex is the solution to most of your listening needs. It has 12 hours of battery life and there’s multipoint support so you can connect it to two devices at once. Other features like adjustable EQ via the Bose app prove useful, and it’s even smart enough to know which way it’s orientated to provide the best sound at all times.
Bose makes some of the best Bluetooth speakers around, so you’re in safe hands whatever you buy from it. It’s the go-to brand for many people, with the Bose SoundLink Flex offering a lot for the price.
Our Bose SoundLink Flex review awarded it four stars, calling it “a beautiful pint-sized party speaker with awesome audio.” It provides “clean, balanced audio” with an “attractive design.” It’s also IP67 waterproof and dustproof, so you can use it by the pool or the bath without an issue.
It didn’t quite make the cut as one of the best waterproof speakers, but we’d still recommend it, especially at this price. If your budget doesn’t quite stretch to the best wireless speakers, this is a reliable option at an affordable price.
At this price, you’ll need to make a couple of compromises. For instance, the Bose SoundLink Flex has fairly average battery life at 12 hours, but most people should be fine with that kind of length.
Elsewhere, you still get great app support from Bose while you can pair it with another Bose speaker for stereo or party modes. Whatever your plans, the Bose SoundLink Flex is going to keep up.
