Forget the Apple Watch 11 – the Series 10 for a record-low AU$533 is the better buy
Save 24% on the latest Apple Watch before its successor arrives

With Dad's favourite day of the year less than two weeks away, we've got you covered for Father's Day gift ideas if you're unprepared. However, we'd argue a new smartwatch is a great option for anyone – offering fitness tracking, integration with other devices and of course, the ability to tell the time. Amazon is making things easy, though, with a 24% discount to the Apple Watch Series 10 that brings it down to its lowest price ever.
While you might think it would be better to wait a few weeks for the new model to release, there are five reasons the Series 11 isn't tempting us – making the Series 10 an easy choice at an all-time low.
And, while it might not be in our guide to the best smartwatches, it’s only because the Ultra and SE models have two different budgets accounted for. The Series 10 sits somewhere in the middle and we think it's the best Apple Watch for most people; offering a premium experience that's now more affordable than ever. In fact, this deal means it's only AU$84 pricier than the 44mm SE, making it a no-brainer.
As is usually the case with Apple devices, the yearly improvement is pretty small when comparing the Apple Watch Series 10 vs Series 9. However, for those with an older model, the latest watch is objectively better – sporting a slimmer and sleeker design, larger display and a more comfortable fit. Plus, WatchOS 11 offers significant upgrades to the voice assistant and new gestures that let you accept calls, cancel alarms and dismiss notifications without touching your watch.
Now, we’d be remiss if we didn’t bring to your attention the fact a new Apple Watch is coming soon. However, a recent rumour tips a significant redesign that won't arrive in time for the Series 11 – set to land instead with the Apple Watch Series 12 in 2026. That's why we're so comfortable recommending this deal on last year's model before the imminent arrival of its successor.
And, with a less-than-AU$100 difference between it and the Apple Watch SE, we think it's worth spending the extra cash . It combines a display that's bigger and brighter than that boasted by the Apple Watch Ultra, with a thinner build than the SE. And, most importantly, while we were disappointed there weren’t any battery life improvements compared to the Series 9, it sports a fast-charging ability that will get you from 0-80% in 30 minutes.
Do note that this is the larger 46mm version of the Apple Watch Series 10. Don't worry if you think that sounds gargantuan. While its 46mm is only 1mm smaller than the Ultra's giant frame, we specifically note in our Apple Watch Series 10 review that it doesn't feel as large as you'd expect.
