If you're hunting for some Cyber Monday Apple deals, I've got a good one for you: the Mac mini (M4) is down to just $479 (~~was $599~~) at Best Buy. With Apple discounts coming far and few between, a huge 20% price cut on one of the best Macs ever released isn't one to pass up.

If you need a new affordable work station, the M4 Mac mini is, in our opinion, the best choice on the market. The model I've highlighted here comes with 16GB of unified memory and a 256GB SSD, which, when combined with the powerful M4 processor, is perfect for handling productivity tasks and most creative endeavors like browsing the web, photo editing, and even some light Mac gaming. I only recommend this model if you're a power user with the scratch to spare. This may surprise you, but it's also a fantastic choice for gaming - or really anything else you can think of. The M4 Pro processor boasts unbridled performance, and 24GB of unified memory to back it up makes this Mac mini a force to be reckoned with. If you're editing tons of video footage, working with massive LLMs, or developing the next banger triple-A game, this is the mini PC for you.

With so much competition, it's not easy to be crowned the best mini PC you can buy. And yet the Mac mini (M4) prevails because it's just so incredibly performant for the price tag.

There aren't many drawbacks to the Mac mini at all, but there is one glaring issue that only applies to some: this PC is essentially impossible to upgrade. If you care about buying more RAM and storage as the years go on, you're not going to be able to do that here.

Apple's latest 14-inch MacBook Pro is down to the lowest price I've ever seen it at, thanks to Cyber Monday. If you already have an excellent M4 MacBook, you don't have a major reason to upgrade to the M5. But, if you're still rocking an M2, or even an Intel-based MacBook, this is an excellent opportunity to get a much-needed performance boost at a very reasonable price. This configuration comes with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, but you can double the storage to 1TB for an extra $200.
