Roborock's 'Frankenstein' vacuum has the best features of Shark and Dyson – and it's half price just weeks after launch
A terrific CV of features and attachments, and now available for just AU$499

No matter how good you think the best cordless stick vacuums are, manufacturers are continually on a quest to improve their machines wherever possible, all in the name of easier cleaning at home.
It seems Roborock has certainly adopted that sentiment with the launch of the H60 Hub Ultra, which we’ve previously said has taken all the best bits from Shark and Dyson vacuums to create one “mega-vac”. It’s only recently launched in Australia – on August 28 to be precise – but it’s already found itself with a mega 50% discount, bringing it down to just AU$499.
The H60 Hub Ultra combines decent suction power (210AW), a 90-minute runtime, a 140º wide-angle green dust detection light and an auto-empty docking station in a lightweight package that’s simple to move around the home. On paper at least, it offers everything one could need from a vacuum and now it’s available for a truly accessible price.
If you’re a real numbers fanatic, then we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention the H60 Hub Ultra’s 210AW of suction power doesn’t quite match the best Dyson vacuums, which now reach up to 315AW in the recently released V16 Piston Animal. However, 210AW is still impressive and plenty of power to remove dust and debris from carpets… and at a reasonable price no less. In contrast, the new Dyson machine costs upwards of AU$1,300, or nearly a grand more!
The H60 Hub Ultra comes complete with a range of attachments, including a JawScraper Hybrid brush that promises to remain tangle-free, making it ideal for pet owners. A smaller, motorised brush can tackle upholstery, while a 2-in-1 crevice tool gets into smaller nooks and crannies.
Elsewhere, this latest Roborock comfortably competes with other flagship cordless vacuums. Its 3L auto-empty docking station is big enough to store up to 100 days of dust. And the sealed dust bags inside the vacuum promise to trap 99% of bacteria, while the vacuum itself also features a HEPA filter to capture 99.95% of microdust particles.
Our full review of the Roborock H60 Hub Ultra is on its way, and we reckon it’s going to perform incredibly well. If it sounds like an ideal stick vacuum for you, you’ll want to hurry to snap up this huge savings – Roborock has said this offer will be available only until the end of September.
