The standout deals, though, are the Sonos Era 100 at Currys for £169 (was £199) and the Sonos Beam (Gen 2) for £339 (was £449). When looking for the best soundbars, you’ll often see Sonos get a mention. In our Sonos Beam (Gen 2) review, we gave it four stars, calling it “the perfect soundbar for smaller spaces.” We “weren’t entirely convinced by the virtual Atmos on offer [but] the soundbar sounds fantastic.” We appreciated its “wide soundstage” and support for Hi-res audio. It’ll enhance anything you’re watching.

On a similar note, our Sonos Era 100 review gave the speaker four stars. We called it “nearly the ideal small and flexible speaker” with “wide dispersion of sound”, and “excellent detail and clarity.” We were suspicious at the time of its higher price, but that’s less of an issue now that it’s on sale.
