Can any TV beat this one for value right now? The TCL QM6K is a 75-inch mini-LED that 'punches above its weight' — and it's only $680

I'm always on the lookout for a bargain - especially if it's going to save our readers hundreds of dollars. Right now? My favorite deal has to be the TCL QM6K TV for just $679 (was $1,299) at Best Buy.

If you said to me a few years ago that we could buy a 75-inch TV for under $700, I probably wouldn't have believed you. That's impressive enough, but the QM6K is also a Mini-LED display, meaning it's capable of much better image quality than most cheaper models.

A truly great, budget mini-LED TV, the TCL QM6K delivers vibrant picture quality along with solid gaming features for a price that won't break the bank. This deal knocks a whopping $620 off the 75-inch model, making it a truly appealing option for those who want a premium display without breaking the bank.

Our favorite cheap big screen TV right now

The TCL QM6K is a great budget alternative to the more well-known brands like Samsung or LG as it's a surprisingly well-featured set for the money. I've already mentioned Dolby Vision IQ, but it also supports IMAX content, hands-free voice control, and 144Hz 4K refresh rates.

In terms of brightness, our benchmarks cite HDR peak brightness at 559.8 nits (Filmmaker mode) and 695.5 nits (Standard mode). Both of those are quite average for a TV of this calibre, so it's best to position the TV accordingly if you have a lot of sunlight in the room. Outside of direct sunlight, though, the QM6K has colors that really pop - and shadows are also well detailed.
