Best Buy just slashed up to $1,000 off TCL Mini-LED TVs — here's why these excellent TVs are hard to beat for value
A premium TV from as little as $499
Looking for your next TV? If you want an upgrade without breaking the bank, let me provide a humble suggestion courtesy of Best Buy's latest sale.
Right now, you can get up to $1,000 off some of the best TCL Mini-LED TVs on the market, including both slightly older 2025 models and brand-new 2026 iterations. These displays were already known as great value choices, but today's discounts make them a very, very compelling choice indeed.
For example, if you're on a smaller budget, you can get something like this 55-inch QM5K for just $499 (was $899). This is the entry-level Mini-LED TV from TCL, but it's a great option if you're just looking for outright bang for the buck. This particular model strips out some of the higher-end gaming features but still provides excellent image quality, which is perfect for movies or shows.
Gamers may want to take a look at the excellent 55-inch TCL QM6K for $549 (was $799). This is a display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate at 4K resolution, which is a major selling point at this price. This model really impressed us when we reviewed it last year, so it's an easy recommendation from us.

The QM5K is TCL's cheapest entry-level Mini-LED TV and definitely a good choice if you're on a budget. For movies and shows, this one is a fantastic option considering it supports both Dolby Vision HDR and HDR10+ formats. Annoyingly, it doesn't support 120Hz refresh rates at 4K resolutions, so it's not an obvious choice for gamers. At this price, however, you won't find better bang for the buck than this.
A truly great, budget mini-LED TV, the TCL QM6K delivers vibrant picture quality along with solid gaming features for a price that won't break the bank. Upgrades here include support for 120Hz refresh rates at 4K resolution, which is perfect for gamers. This deal knocks a decent $250 off the 55-inch model, making it a truly appealing option for those who want a premium display at a mid-range price.
A massive $1,000 price cut makes this 98-inch TCL QM7L a great choice if you're on the hunt for a truly big-screen TV. This 2026 model features impressive brightness and plenty of pop thanks to its Mini-LED display, and it also features support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and two HDMI 2.1 ports for 4K gaming. Of course, the main selling point here is this particular TV's massive 98-inch display, which will make it the centerpiece of any room.
