It's finale week for the Scrubs reboot — and, after last week's tear-jerking episode, I'm expecting a similarly emotional final chapter for the medical sitcom's 10th season.

So, when will season 10 episode 9 come out? And what streaming platforms is it going to air on? I'll reveal the answers to those questions in this guide. So, hop to it, newbie!

What is the launch time for Scrubs season 10 episode 9?

Scrubs season 10's final installment will be released on Wednesday, April 15, at 5pm PT / 8pm ET.

Be advised, though, that the launch date and time only correspond to its debut on the US cable network ABC. After it's premiered on that channel, it'll drop on Hulu in the US and Disney+ internationally, albeit a day later on Thursday, April 16.

As for the exact time it'll come out on two of the world's best streaming services, check out the list below:

  • US — Thursday, April 16 at 12am PDT / 3am EDT
  • Canada — Thursday, April 16 at 12am PDT / 3am EDT
  • UK — Thursday, April 16 at 8am GMT
  • India — Thursday, April 16 at 12:30pm IST
  • Singapore — Thursday, April 16 at 3pm SGT
  • Australia — Thursday, April 16 at 5pm AEDT
  • New Zealand — Thursday, April 16 at 7pm NZDT

Will there be another season of the Scrubs reboot?

There's no official report on that front yet. Indeed, there hasn't been a public announcement that Scrubs season 11 is on the way, but there are clear signs that this might not be the last we see of J.D. and company.

According to audience measurement experts Nielsen (as reported by Variety), when the series returned with a two-episode premiere in late February, it pulled in 11.4 million viewers in its first five days. That figure takes into account how many people collectively tuned in across ABC, Hulu, and Disney+.

Crucially, that figure only accounts for US viewers. With international audiences also tuning in, that number is surely even higher than what's been reported, which would further strengthen the show's case for another season to be greenlit.

Right now, though, it's unclear how successful Scrubs has been in retaining viewers, however big its global audience was. If its viewing figures have held steady throughout season 10's nine-week run, it'll have a much better chance of being renewed. However, if fans have lost interest and its viewership has plummeted, it'll be harder for its creative team to convince Disney that it deserves another outing.

Hopefully, we'll find out sooner rather than later if we'll be clocking back into Sacred Heart in the future.
